Not bad

Ate at Batan Memorial location and had the green cheese enchiladas...nothing really outstanding but the food was good. Order at the counter and take your tray of chips and salsa and drinks to your table...had to go get my own refill as the service wasnt great. Would go back..have been told that... read more

This restaurant has three locations in Las Cruces, and we've been only to the Commerce Drive location, on several occasions. There are many Mexican restaurants in this area, but most are able to distinguish themselves in one way or another, and we found this one to be this way. We like going here because it is quiet and has a... More

I stopped in this restaurant for a Corona and soft tacos several times while in Las Cruces. Fresh and delicious lunch! It is not a fancy restaurant but who cares. It is very a charming place and an opportunity to dine with the locals.

The was by far one of the worst Mexican meals I've had in Las Cruces. As I had never been in before I ordered the Mexican Plate with taco, cheese enchilada, flauta, chile rellenos, rice and beans. The beans had a nice smooth flavor and was the best dish on the plate. To begin, everything was lukewarm and each item... More

Visited the Commerce location the first time for lunch last Saturday. We were seated right away and had water and menus just as quickly. The salsa for the chips is possibly one of the best in town. I had an excellent red enchilada (cheese) & beef taco. Restaurant red chile can be disappointing to a local native who grew up on... More

the mole plate special on Tuesdays lunch time is my favorite. The mole is so tasty and very well served. Too bad they don't have this plate other days of the week.

What a bipolar experience at this restaurant (on Commerce). Went in one time with a co-worker, took forever to be noticed and seated, and another eternity to have orders taken. The waitress seemed to be either sick or on a "long trip somewhere" (and shouldn't have been working in either case). The appetizer chips truly looked like they were someone's... More

Green chile bowl is real great. Reminds one of green chile stew. Beans, chile meat and green sauce taste are out of this world.

When we first arrived the restaurant was not that busy, we were a party of six; it took about 30 min for the waitress to get over to our table to take our orders (should have been a warning sign), while we were waiting for our food it took about 5 different times to wave someone down to ask for...
