Finally a good asian place in Las Cruces!

I was beginning to believe that there were no good places for Asian food, especially sushi in Las Cruces. Then I discovered Mix. Awesome food, excellent sushi and some very unique sushi and Asian choices. Great value, too.

The service was good on this Half Price Sushi Friday. Average roll priced at $3 instead of $6. Very crowded with families. Tried an app and 3 diff sushi rolls. Nice looking presentation, but everything had just about the same taste and flavors. Too much rice for me. The salad dressing, dipping sauce, and wasabi was good. Might try this... More

Mix Pacific Rim is my go to place in Las Cruces and this visit did not disappoint. Great green chile tempura appetizer and yummy maki rolls. Friday night is also half price maki rolls!

I've eaten here before and the food was OK although too expensive for the quality. This visit was awful. Took more than 35 minutes to get dinner last Thurs evening and then the food was cold. Everyone in the restaurant was sitting with arms crossed wondering where the food could be. the poor waitress, clearly in distress, trying her best,... More

We were surprised at the large amount of food offered in the bento boxes. We ate there during lunch, but couldn't finish the entire meal due to its size. Each box was less than $10 as well. I ordered shrimp tempura, but they brought out chicken instead for some reason. It was the same price and delicious anyway, so I... More

This small Thai restaurant made a great first impression with a elegantly set up dinning room and sushi bar. Our waiter William was eager to help and and knowledgable of the cuisine, if there was something he was unsure of he offered to find our answer. We started with the potsticker, they had the most amazing sause for dinner I... More

My wife and I went to the Mix Pacific Rim for dinner on a Friday night. The place was packed and the sushi chef was overwhelmed. Nevertheless, the service was quite attentive and courteous and the food was fresh and delicious. We plan to return on a less crowded night.

We went for an early Saturday pm dinner. Arrived about 6:30 and there were 7 other couples and only one server. Long wait for water for all tables at once so we figured we'd better order everything when she came back or be there until long after dark waiting for our food. The rest of the staff showed up in... We have now been sitting at the otherwise abandoned sushi bar for over an hour and have been served two bowls of miso, after about fifteen minutes, a cucumber salad ten minutes later and just now our two rolls. I can't believe how bad this experience has been. Its just not that busy here and it's a Saturday night. Other... More

I have been here on several occasions, but most recently visited because I had purchased half off vouchers from a local radio station. I liked the Saturday night sushi menu offerings and ordered the atomic bomb and Aggie rolls both were very good and have a nice heat element. I wouldn't bother with the calamari as it was really dried... More
