Best breakfast in Las Cruces!

We go to MVK for breakfast at least twice per month. Everything is tasty and I have to say that I am partial to the Hangover Burrito - you don't even have to have a hangover to enjoy it. It comes with green, red or Christmas chiles (mixed red and green) and all are equally tasty. They also have... read more

Plenty of tasty options for breakfast - everything from the traditional bacon and eggs to a New Mexico Rueben. They happily prepare your breakfast any way you want and everything is fresh. They are well known for their selection of huge breakfast burritos which are enough to feed two people. Service is excellent and friendly and coffee is unlimited

Growing up in the south, breakfast isn't just the first meal of the day; its a way of life. Needless to say, when Mesilla Valley Kitchen (MVK) was mentioned as one of the only option for breakfast in Las Cruces, I had to give them a try. While IHOP was another option, I was looking for something local and authentic... More

We read a few reviews, they were all good and decided to try MVK, so we decided to try it for breakfast. My husband had the Carne adovada, the pork was tender, lean and the red chili sauce was tasty. His eggs were cooked perfectly. I had the pecan pancake (short stack), the pancakes were light and fluffy with plenty... More

Hubby enjoys the huevos here for breakfast and lunch. They're consistently good. Gotta say, I've never found something I'd order again. The carne adovada always has too much fat on the meat and not enough red sauce. I went crazy and ordered a Sheepherder special recently thinking it was a sandwich. It was a quesadilla with one thin piece of... More

I found this restaurant on Yelp and thought it sounded like a great breakfast place. The restaurant is set back in a strip mall and if your not careful it could be missed. There is plenty of parking available if you arrive there early before other shops open. The restaurant is a good size, nothing fancy but clean. You order... More

Hatch breakfast burrito was great. So was huevos rancheros. Clean and cute. Coffee was a great buy. Colorful decor.

We came here on a friends advice, it was delicious. I enjoyed the chili red was defiantly better. My friend enjoyed her bacon pancakes. I will be back to this restaurant when I go down to las cruces again.

The food is always cold and there is no place to sit. You wander around looking for a table and the food gets cold. The atmosphere is rushed and uncomfortable.
