We had breakfast here the morning we left. It was very good and the service was excellent. It was also quick which was nice so we could leave for our flight.

My husband and I ate here for dinner. The food was tasty. We had the Queso with Chorizo dip. It was good but the chorizo was a bit too oily. Would try another Queso next time. The chips were wonderful and so was the salsa. I had the Grilled salmon and it was cooked to perfection. I did not care... More

I stayed in the hotel that houses this restaurant so over the course of my stay ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The huevos rancheros were adequate though not as tasty as some I've had. But I really enjoyed my dinner. I was a bit tired of eating things rolled and bathed in green sauce and cheese, so I ordered a... More

Have eaten here for breakfast and/or dinner during each of our stays at Hotel Encanto. Love the place. Colorful, bright setting w/plenty of SW charm. Good service. Good menu. Delicious food. Last visit was breakfast. Torta Desueno for her and Pork Adovada Burrito for me. We split and shared which was perfect (great combo). Highlights; potatoes, frijoles, red chile sauce,... More

We enjoyed the authenticty of the food. We are gluten free and if we had any questions regarding ingredients the staff was happy to assist us. The decor is tastefully done.

Really enjoyed having breakfast at Gardunos each morning. The Green Chile enchiladas were delicious. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was fine. Four of us ordered differently, oatmeal, eggs and bacon, and I had the breakfast rellano which was spicy but tasty. Scrambled eggs in rellano peppers. Service was fine, coffee was a bit weak for my taste.

I visited Gardunos inside the Encatno Hotel for lunch and the overall experience was great. Server as very attentive, magarita was very good and chips/salsa were out promtly. But the star was the Green Chile Cheese Burger. The burger was delicious and you could taste what you expect from New Mexico, a green chile. Will definately visit again if in... More

We ate lunch and dinner here while staying at Hotel Encanto. The food was freshly prepared and was some of the best New Mexican/Mexican food I've had. It was the best I had in Las Cruces. Despite the fact that we arrived for dinner very close to closing, the staff was friendly and attentive and did not rush us. The... More
