Awesome French cuisine in the desert Southwest!

Le Rendez-vous...ahhhh, it's one of our faves! Their pastries are the most delicious you can find, for miles around. They aren't just bakers, they're artists! And we love their quiches, soups and Eggs Benedict. Done to perfection and always very authentic. Every time we've eaten there, and... read more

Once we found this place we have continued to go most Saturdays. The almond croissant is heavenly. I also highly recommend the quiche and breakfast sandwich. The only bad thing I can say is we really wish it was open Sunday.

My wife and I tried this place based on reading some quite favorable reviews. Our experience was very mixed. First off, their pastries were exceptional--the best we've found in Las Cruces. We will be back for more. On the other hand, their food was mediocre at best. The pate I was served was on par with supermarket liverwurst. Their bread... More

This is the only place I go in town for eggs benedict. They also have good quiches and their pastries are to die for.. those type of French pastries won't be found anywhere else in Las Cruces. The only downside is their service - sometimes it's slow and some of the waitresses don't seem very friendly, always in a rush.... More

Some of the best pastries available. Several of us stopped for breakfast pastries and coffee and kept going back to the display case for seconds and thirds. Then, we took a box of them home. This little café continues to be an unexpected gem in this community. Love it!

Great food and service at decent prices and pastries to slobber over! Large enough but still small enough to be comfortable and serviced.

I have been to Paris several times so I know what a good croissant tastes like. Although not perfectly as good, the pastries and omelettes are very close substitutes without the travel.

This restaurant is only about 10 minutes from our house so we visit often. The food is very good. Do wish they would change the menu from time to time. The service can be a little slow and paying takes time since people are also there buying delicious pastries to take out. Very congested area but still worth the wait.

We missed breakfast at our hotel and asked the owner where to go for some good coffee. She directed us to a place down the street. We were told the coffee was excellent and the French inspired food even better. While we arrived too late for breakfast, they had Quiche Lorraine and so we ordered it with French Onion Soup... More
