We had a great experience on Labor Day for dinner. The place was packed, so we sat outside in the shade. Service was great. The pour a generous glass of local wine, and most are only five or six dollars. On Monday nights they offer one topping medium pizzas for five bucks!! We had Italian sausage and it was yummy.... I visited this pizzeria/winery and it was a horrific experience. The server had little to no knowledge about wine. The food was horrendous and it was hard to believe that anyone would willingly eat it. Everything I tasted in terms of food was too salty or had a complete lack of culinary skill. The wines were absolutely terrible. I would... More

This is a recycled gas station. Loud and somewhat hectic inside. Garden area was too hot to eat. Food is mediocre. Tastes like salt is a main ingredient. Liked the salads but the are shrinking in size...they spread out the leafs of lettuce to the edge of the plate to make it look bigger than it is. Pizza cheese at... More

Luna Rosa Winery is a good local place for Italian Food. The owners are super nice people who really care about their customers. The pizza is good and they do $5 pizza night on Mondays. The gelato is awesome. They have many flavors and are always trying out new ones. I have not eaten from the rest of the menu... More

Not bad.The pasta primavera was good with the salmon and pizza wasn't that bad either. The only thing is that the crust was super super thin.My hubby and I loved the chocolate strawberry gelato. Service was great and there was a guy playing his guitar and he had a good voice too. We liked the selection of songs he sang.Overall it... More

This is one of two restaurants in Las Cruces that can prepare salmon perfectly. Although everything I have ordered here has been wonderful, it's hard not to order the salmon every time! The pizzas are fantastic, the gelato is heavenly and the wines are some of the best in town. The servers are always friendly. Living in Las Cruces, we... More

My first review was in 2012. I had a complaint that the interior was very loud when crowded. They have fixed that by hanging acoustic ceiling tiles and by dampening the sound under the chairs. This last time there we had their specialty pizza and insalata caprese. Both were excellent. Their Nini wine is a superior red too. They also... More

We met with friends there who highly recommended it. They have $5 individual pizzas on Mondays. Thin crust pizza and very tasty. Be warned it gets very busy in the evenings. We went early to avoid the lines. By the time we left it was packed. They also have outdoor seating, but it was still day out and too hot.... More

The atmosphere is the only negative about this place. It is not large but feels very open and noisy. But it is perfect for family's and groups and couples who do not mind a little noise. We had been visiting Las Cruces for a week and were tex mex and Mexican food done. The staff at the resort suggested this... More

My wife and I tried Luna Rossa Winery & Pizzeria for dinner. I tried their Pinot Noir which was tasty. This establishment is, after all, a winery. However, their Italian food was not very good. I had a pizza with prosciutto and green chili. The prosciutto was lacking in saltiness and flavor and the green chili probably came out of... More
