It's great to have a good Vietnamese restaurant to go to. The owner is very pleasant- he greeted us as we entered and checked on us regularly. The service was great- they even gave me a sample of the curry sauce to try. Large menu with some Chinese dishes added. Had lemongrass chicken with vermicelli- very good and a very... More

My wife and I both like Pho and we hadn't had any for a few weeks so we decided to try Pho Saigon. We were traveling from Texas back to Arizona and spending the evening in Las Cruces. The Pho was some of the best we've ever had. The beef was prepared perfectly and finish off in the broth. We... More

The best thing I can say about the pho here is that it was hot--a good thing for a cold night on a road trip. That's it, though. The soup had absolutely no flavor. I mean, it was the blandest thing I've ever tasted. It was as if the chicken had been boiled previously (for too long, at that) in... More

We have eaten here twice in the last ten days. Once for dinner, there was five in our party. Each of us enjoyed what we ordered and wanted to try what the others had. The food was fresh and delicious. There we not many other tables at the time we were there so we got some extra attention. The second... More

Who would have thought a Vietnamese restaurant would do well in a very hispanic community. Pho Siagon has the unique dishes and flavors that appeal to everyone. The quantities are large and prices reasonable. Dishes are well prepared and flavorful and they have amazing Asian soup dishes as well.

Large selection with great variety, however many items are not always available. 2 can dine for $20-$30. Good quality, delicious, fresh food and great service. Lovely atmosphere.

Pho Saigon was a pleasant surprise for lunch. I ordered the Lemongrass Chicken, not knowing what to expect. A generous serving was served in a large bowl. The seasoning was just right, the bean sprouts were crispy, and the vermicelli was not overcooked. There was also fresh salad on one side of the bowl. The jasmine teas was very fragant... More

We are very lucky to have this restaurant in town. The Vietnamese crepe, they call it a pancake, is out of this world. It is crispy and full of delicious shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts. It is served with fresh lettuce, carrots, and mint on the side. I tried the curry chicken and it was good, but I think next... More

People who live in Las Cruces seem to accept extremely unprofessional behavior from the folks providing goods and services for them. It is after all the norm in this town. But I am on a quest to find the places that do still care about delivering good service, as well as good food. I didn’t want to write this restaurant... More
