Good things come in small packages

Driven by so many times but always on my way some where else. Never again! There is a reason people stand in line for 30 minutes to eat here. I ate off of everyone's plate and didn't have a bad bite!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the Shed this morning. There is ALWAYS a wait because everyone has "discovered" this little place. We were lucky to get there in between groups. I ordered the eggs Benedict. I had a choice of red chili, green chili or regular hollindaise. I chose regular - boring I know but it's... More

We travel to Las Cruces often to visit family and we ALWAYS make the effort to get to The Shed! My personal favorite menu item is usually a "special" & it is the chicken fried steak with chorizo country gravy! Everyone orders different things, and they all are good! Also, buy a loaf or two of their fresh breads! Wonderful,... More

If your looking for great food, this is the place to go for breakfast or lunch. The pancakes are out of this world and the fruit bowl is huge.

Great service, great good. There is only one drawback and that is the noise. The place is very noisy but the food makes up for this. Just be prepared.

After prior visits and enjoying this restaurant we were looking forward to another good brunch. It did not appear as busy as on former visits, but the server took quite a bit of time to attend to us. We ordered and again waited longer than usual for our meals to arrive. Everything looked in order, but quickly my spouse stopped... More

At long last I had chance after six weeks to get into The Shed! Their hours are limited and rather small venue, but everyone in town - and out of town - that know, go to The Shed EARLY. Opens at 7AM and you better be there then like me or there is no getting seated without waiting for fifteen... More

The last time I was in Las Cruces I ate at the #1 New Mexican restaurant on TA; this time I wanted to try #2, which at the time of this writing is The Shed. I arrived for a late lunch on a weekday and the place was very crowded. I was seated right away but then waited nearly 15... More

The Shed has great brunch menu options. Mk y favorites are the Green Chile hollandaise with the eggs benedict and the quiche.

Stopped in because it was recommended by a local. Food was good, affordable and plenty of it. Service was a little bit slow but friendly.
