Low key, inexpensive place with good food

Had the Southern New Mexico stacked enchiladas with an egg on top and both red and mild green chili sauces. The red has a rich smoky / garlicky taste, the green a bit milder. Delicious!

Loved the patio. Ate breakfast two days in a row. Food is delicious. Service a bit slow. My husband had to wait for a refill of his coffee. A nicely affordable place to have breakfast or lunch. They have a bakery and we purchased a loaf of bread, made there, and it was flavorful. Atmosphere is nice. No smoking on... More

We've had one great meal after another. Crab cakes eggs Benedict to die for. Fish tacos delish, but spicy. Check days and hours. Closed Mon and Tue. Closes at 2:00. Great service.

My wife and I arrived here for a Sunday breakfast before the crowd and really enjoyed the friendly service and homey atmosphere as well as the local flavors of good food. We tried the eggs Benedict and the blue corn enchiladas. Very tasty, fresh ingredients and prompt refills of coffee. We were so impressed we returned for a lunch a... More

It is easy to drive by this little place but don't! There were three of us for breakfast. We ordered the green chile eggs benedict, red chile plate with eggs and huevos rancheros (red). We all agreed that our plates were the best! The chile was very flavorful and the portion size was large, you won't go hungry! The table... More

The Shed is Valley Drive and has a cozy seating area with an outdoor patio. Is very popular with the local Las Crucens ... my favoritesinclude the huevos rancheros, red chile con carne and eggs, Build your own omelet ( with lots of veggies to choose from ...) and surprisingly ( this is the Chihuahua desert you know so most... Food tasty. Really good omelets. Very nice staff. Cool atmosphere. Prices good. Little slow getting the food out but much better than fast food.

Usually have to wait, but it is worth it. Great breakfasts including local flavor of chili. Eggs Benedict is superb with green or red chili. Friendly service despite the often seamingly chaotic pace. NOTE - closes at 2 PM.

The toast is made from bread they make. Coffee is good and strong. Other dishes have wonderful flavors and a great variety of daily specials. Popular place so go early!

I did not find the food all that great. I seem to be in a minority but the menu did not do much for me. If you are hunting Mexican, I feel there are better choices in town. They are not a bad eatery, just not my favorite.
