Always great

The food is always great. Our waiter was attentive and made us feel like our business was appreciated. We made a mistake a few months earlier by eating pizza from a local franchise of a ABQ chain and Zeffiro's has it beat hands down.

Excellent, fresh pies with an outstanding crust. Just the right amount of good oil to hold things together, and is delicious to pick up and hold New York style; folded in the middle, walking down the street.

A great little place for pizza and pasta. Fresh baked bread and pizza from a wood-burning oven is hot and tasty. The quattro formaggi pizza with fennel sausage is my favorite - take care not to fill up on bread and olive oil/garlic before you get a chance to try it. Modest wine and beer menu and just near the... More

One's taste in pizza is subjective - depends upon where you grew up and what kind of pizza you were weened on. I grew up in the Boston area where a pizza pie was thin, baked in a wood-fired brick oven, and with subtle flavors. (i.e. Regina's in Boston's North End). Pizza you folded before eating. I found the same... More

I've been eagerly anticipating trying out this restaurant as it was recommended to me by my Italian coworkers. This place is amazing! They use a real, wood-fired, brick oven. You can watch while they prepare the dough and put it in the oven. We ordered two large pizzas for three adults. We finished them easily. One was a traditional Margherita... More

My parents and I always just split a pizza zeffiro (pepperoni and green chili) and (my favourite) the grilled chicken salad, with a pesto dressing, grilled peppers, kalamata olives, and the chicken has been grilled to perfection where it has begun to caramelize. We usually always get a special as well, as the daily specials are a great way to... More

Real Neapolitan pizza like in Italy- wood fired, thin crust with a slight char for flavor. Great topping combinations or "build-your-own". My favorite is their asparagus, prosciutto, lemon pizza-the wafer thin lemon slices add a refreshing zing! Pastas are house made and equally good. Meals start with a complimentary basket of the fabulous bread, along with dipping oil and garlic-... More

I have been here a few times for πŸ• Pizza and it was exactly like the pizza I had all over Italy. Great! πŸ• Top quality, hand thrown style πŸ• pizza. Many topping choices too! I didn't give it a five, simply because the last visit, just recently we decided to try the pasta. Our friends all ordered different pasta... More

Ive been many times this restaurant since it opened up. I got two slices this past Tuesday and could not believe the amount of grease. The crust was actually soggy. Im hoping this was just a freak occurence because its always been excellent in the past.

We have eaten at Zeffiro's several times, the latest last Saturday. 2 of us ordered salads, one the spaghetti & meatballs and one a panini. The roasted chicken salads were both rated high. Great taste and filling but none left to take home. The spaghetti was also admired and 1/2 was eaten, the rest taken home. The panini was over... More
