Nice staff, decent food and it's sure a classic western style bar. We enjoyed the house burgers and a beer. If you want the western bar experience, go here. If not, you might prefer another place.

Went here for dinner after visiting the Valles Caldera. The food was excellent, the service was very good, and they even had a live band (if you can call two people a band). The band played a combination of blue grass and country. We would have stayed longer to dance, but my husband wasn't feeling the best, so we left... More

Our hotel concierge, in Santa Fe, recommended this restaurant as part of our Valles Caldera and Bandelier National Monument driving trip. It was the perfect spot for lunch. I loved the bar stools which had been carved out of trees. The food was perfect and our server (can't remember her name) provided prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Great choice for... More

We recently visited Jemez Springs, NM and ate twice at Los Ojos Restaurant and Saloon. Both meals were delicious. I had the chile rellenos with green chile sauce - some of the best rellenos I've ever had. The burgers are great too. I had the green chile cheeseburger which is served open faced topped with their tasty green sauce. This... More

While Jemez Springs itself is quite wonderful, this place, although atmospheric, could do with a much better kitchen staff and wait staff. The food was average at best, but the cowboy music and atmosphere on the weekend was spot on. Go for the atmosphere and a beer but eat elsewhere.

We always stop here for lunch on our day tour of the west side of the state! Never ever disappointed, great food quick, and cheerful service! :-) Wish I cold remember the young ladies name who served us, but she is a biologist as her main job! :-) Thank you so much! :-)

Very cool, very old bar that also served great food. My husband and i both loved our food and would go back there tomorrow if we could!

That's pretty much all I can say, it's a bar. The food is so-so, the atmosphere, well, it's a bar. The folks think a bit too much of themselves, but it's the only game in town.

We visited Los Ojos for lunch on Labor Day weekend after a soak at the nearby hot springs. We were told at the hot springs that Los Ojos was very busy, and to maybe order some chips and salsa to tide us over. I have eaten there many times in the past and will just advise anyone who goes there... More

The green chile cheeseburger is the famed attraction here and it is indeed as good as you'd expect. We also had the prime rib dinner with the works and everything was impeccably prepared, including a first-class side salad. The colorful bar is stuffy and poorly lit but there is also plenty of patio seating. The wait staff is excellent and... More
