Large shaded patio, dog friendly

Located in the heart of Jemez Springs, this offers a nice alternative for breakfast or lunch, especially if you're travelling with pets (patio seating). We had the best waitress! We are vegetarians, and she was quick to suggest a customized breakfast bowl with lots of veggies. It was delicious, the service was great, the food came quickly, and the coffee was refilled often. We sat on the patio, and we would definitely eat there again--and again!

My wife and I ate lunch here while on vacation. The service was extremely slow but friendly. My sandwich was ok, my wife really liked her sandwich. This isn't a bad restaurant and could be much better with a little work.

The restaurant itself was not necessarily the cleanest, but giving where it was located, anything else would have been out of place. The first bite of the food we ordered was one of those "wow, that tastes so good" moments. We ordered the Logger sandwich and the grilled cheese sandwich and each of us had half of each. They were... We stopped here on a tour of the Jemez Springs area, and while none of the restaurants in town are spectacular, this one was functional. You seat yourself and can sit outside, but for some reason, they don't give you a menu as you are walking through but make you wait until someone brings it out to you. The service... More

My wife and I have eaten here many time and it was always wonderful! Today we brought some of our best friends to the Stage Stop. Once seated it took 10 min to get water and another 30 to get waited on. Then another 25 minutes to be served. We had to ask for silverware had to nearly plead for... More

We stopped by whilst on a self-drive in the area. We sat outdoors and they had a live band who were good and very entertaining. The food was excellent (especially for the location!). We had delicious cinnamon rolls and apple pie that were both obviously homemade and served warm. Sandwiches good as well, but the potato salad should be homemade... More

They have great outdoor seating with nice views. Chickens and I think pheasants cruise around. Dogs welcome. Live music was excellent. Only downside was the green chili. It had some kick but was virtually meatless. Watery and overpriced. Bowl was small for $8.50. Girlfriend had nice salad. Go for the atmosphere.
