You go to this restaurant for the history, and to experience the time warp of historic Gallup, New Mexico. We enjoyed our lunch, and our server, but it was the location and the legacy that made us stop. Do not go with expectations of outstanding food: go with the expectation of just enjoying a location from an old time Gallup... More

The ambiance was worth the stop. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The elevator was a definite travel through time...knowing famous people had passed this way before...awesome!

It was busy so we ate in the bar where you can order from the restaurant menu. I got tacos and my wife got a sirloin steak. Both were ok but nothing we'd call special or memorable. Steak was over cooked and tacos were better than Taco Bell.

This is our weekly Sunday brunch place, and we always get the heuvos rancheros. The food is very good, the staff extremely friendly - and those who are Spanish speakers are helping us learn Spanish! In addition, the atmosphere and history are 'not to miss' for visitors!

The athmosphere of this restaurnat is special thanks to his historical set, menu is offering very typical mexican food as well as a wide beer selection. The staff was nice but sometime disappear. The food was ok and the price a fair one.

I love history and thus my husband thought it would be a treat to go to this place to eat. Walking in makes you feel that you are transported back about 50 years….and, unfortunately, nothing has been done to enhance the historical significance of this place. It is stuck. The meal added to my distaste….I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich... More

Located off of a somewhat interesting, somewhat run-down lobby, the restaurant feels the same. The hostess seemed not pleased to see us on an uncrowded Thursday night. She kept checking her watch. At 7:30 pm, there were maybe 2 other occupied tables. This remained true for the hour or so that we were there. There is little ambiance. The old... More

The Food and Service and atmosphere is Very Good. The waiters/waitresses tend to disappear many times, but is ok to ask someone else instead of waiting for yours to come by. The Steak was too done for Medium-Well and I wish I had said Medium instead.

I think my title says it all. This next sentence is for the fifty character minimum. Just to make sure my one sentence review gets posted
