As soon as we cross the border from AZ into NM, getting a green chili cheese burger is first on our list. We stopped at Jerry's Cafe and my husband had the BEST green chili cheeseburger ever. There was plenty of green chili and the lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh. Perfect! I had the chili rellanos which were dipped... More

You aren't likely to find better New Mexican food in Gallup or anywhere nearby. The enchiladas and tacos are superb and their red chile is the best I've ever had. The service is excellent and so friendly--a MUST stop in Gallup.

I ordered the green Chile and my husband had tacos. We enjoyed the food. A sopapilla came with each of our meals. What a deal! The place was really hopping. It looked like it's a place where a lot of locals go. There were people walking through trying to sell there wares.

I have enjoyed eating at Jerry's many times while on assignment in Gallup NM. In spite of dismal furnishings and crowded often long waits to be seated, the Mexican food has always been excellent. For SOME ODD REASON, I decided to try one the four item "AMERICAN" offerings, choice of fried chicken, pork chops, chicken fried steak or Ribeye dinner.... More

Visited because of all of the positive TripAdvisor comments, and we were not disappointed. We had Miguels combo, covered by both red & green. We also had a chicken enchilada / chicken taco combo. Both accompanied by a delicious sopaipilla with honey. Very friendly staff. As other reviewers have said, local artisans circulate to sell their crafts as you eat.... More

This locals restaurant had folks lined up out the door to get a table for breakfast and they seemed quite content to do so. We were lucky enough to walk in and grab one of the booths for six. Any larger of a party and you would need to split up. It was hard to choose because everything looked so... More

Found this restaurant from other reviewers on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Ther service was good, and the food great. Had the rancheros and the bean burrito and both were excellent. Portions are big. Thank you Trip Advisor.

We ate here in June 2015 after and found their food to be above average. The place is simple, clean, quaint, and seats about 40 - 50 people. The service is great and all employees are very friendly. We would eat there again

My family and I LOVED this place. Again we visited based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. The place is small, so don't go in with a large group if you want to sit together. There was only one booth that sat more than four people. Parking is also very limited, so at busy times of day you might... More
