I recommend Jerry's to anyone looking for Great Mexican American food. I order both red and green chili. Also a must, is the guacamole.

If you want a fantastic example of New Mexico cuisine, then this is your place. Meet the locals, sample their food and leave feeling quite appreciative of the experience. Flavorful chili and accompanying sopapillas made the meal. Even my picky teenager loved the chicken enchiladas! Short wait was well worth it. Our "go to" spot now when passing through Gallup!

Bustling family place with friendly staff, large portions and quick service. Not for dieters though.

Great option for no frills New Mexican food in a cozy little cafe in downtown Gallup. The veggie red enchilada sauce rates with any in Santa Fe or elsewhere. Amazing. When we went, an employee was cleaning every possible surface and condiment holder in the cafe! The tiny restroom is hilarious. We have been 30 year loyal customers at another... More

This restaurant was a great hole in the wall in downtown Gallup. We arrived just before closing. The food was quick and tasty; the service was great. The red chile was yummy! The owner visited with us as we were finishing our sopapillas. He was quite friendly and interacted with our tired kids.

This may be one of the better places in Gallup. It certainly is one of the more popular. I have stop in here on several trips to Gallup. The prices are resonable and the food has always been good, but I have never had anything I would call great. The food is New Mexico Mexican diner food. I do like... More

At 7:45 on a Monday night the place was nearly empty but we took TripAdvisor's word that it was the 3rd best restaurant in Gallup! We were not disappointed! Plenty of tasty food! Delicious cheddar cheese on it and sopapillas and honey for desserts brought right with the meal! Apparently we just missed the crowd of locals who know how... More

This is a tiny restaurant that serves authentic Mexican food. It is clearly very popular with the local Hispanics and Native Americans, which is a good sign, of course. We were seated and served promptly. Our food was tasty, if a bit too greasy. I can't say this place is a great value, as it was not exactly inexpensive considering... More

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was fast and food was tasty! Mostly locals in here, and they were friendly. Vendors may visit your table selling jewelry. You can ask for a "do not disturb" sign if this bothers you, although they were not pushy in any way. I had a huge burger between 2 tortillas and my wife... More
