Good food, great service

We are in town for night and wanted to try some place different to eat. This restaurant was listed in our hotels book that was in the room. It is a cute 50's style diner. It was clean and service was great. We were able to sit where ever we liked and they brought chips, salsa and guacamole to the... read more

We randomly pulled in because we were staying down the street for the night. This place was AMAZING and the prices were great. My husband had some sort of special with spicy chili dogs and fries. I had the half and half combo (which they made with chicken just for me) and the food was fantastic. This place is absolutely... More

Was driving thru Gallup in search of somewhere to eat that was still open and came upon the diner. It's a very quaint, family owned little diner. They still offered us the full menu dispite that they were closing in 20 mins. The food was very tasty and filling, and it was very resonanly priced. Everyone was SO nice and... More

We passed by as we drove east on our way to Iowa. On the return I made it a point to stop and was very surprised. The place was family owned and operated. The food was great. The service was great. I just wanted a good Cheeseburger during my travels back home. I stopped in at this little place and... More

This place is located on old Route 66 and has a 50's diner look and vibe. It isn't fancy but we had a good lunch. I had the patty melt which was nice and juicy with okay fries. My husband had the enchilada plate which he really liked. Guess next time I will go against the decor and have Mexican... More

Been awhile since we ate at Aurelia's, I had a taco plate and my hubby had a hamburger steak plate. Tacos were good, crunchy. Ask him how his food is and he said it was good. Had chips and salsa and guacamole before our dinner came and it was good. Waitress brought us a cup of chocolate pudding with whip... More

The red sauce was hot, didn't have a lot of flavor, just hot. I had to scrape it off my hot dog because there was a ton of it on top. The fries were very good though.

This is a very nice little retro restaurant. The atmosphere is true to the 50-60s era Route 66 diner. They offer a good variety of Mexican and American cuisine. I had the Mexican combo meal. Good but prepare your mouth for some heat! Our waitress was excellent, always pleasant and helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Believe the good reviews here. We loved the Indian fry bread and the pinto bean stuffed sopapilla! Waitress was wonderful. Guacamole outstanding. Loved that so many from the Navajo nation were there, too. Don't choose anywhere else!!

I've eaten here twice now. The burgers and fresh fries are some of the best, but the Carne Adovada is the bomb (and I've sampled alot!). Homemade Guac with the (free) chips and salsa too. Can't wait to try more selections in the future.
