OUTSTANDING AURELIA'S

On a cold and windy morning in Gallup. we stopped for breakfast at Aurelia's, even though we did not know anything about the place, except that there were several pickup trucks and SUVs in the parking lot (usually a good sign). Inside, the place is a monument to Route 66, with lots of artifacts on... read more

Stopped for lunch. Diner not busy 1 other customer service fast, efficient, staff friendly .Had stopped because of all the positive reviews and comments that it was soo good and sooo exceptional. We found food to be mediocre. French fries were fresh cut,hot and good. The party melt was "OK" but with spicy hot green chiles not exactly what my husband... More

We really enjoyed staying at your diner for lunch on our Route 66 experience. Your food was exceptional and your very attentive and courteous staff were the best. I still have the Jalapeño pepper you gave me and will be planting the seeds in January here's to my giant peppers. And your diner cheers!

We stopped here for the first time wanting to experience some home cooked food Route 66 style. We ordered the plate of six tacos. They were huge and you could feed two people with them. I knocked off one star on the rating because the ground beef used in the tacos had no spices. It was just plain hamburger. For... More

The diner is decorated in Route 66 style and the waitresses are extremely nice. Before you order, you get a bowl of chips and some salsa and guacamole. At their suggestion, I got the mixed - three tacos and three rolled tacos. They come with two salsas and a guacomole on the side. Very, very tasty at a reasonable price.... More

My sister and I stopped in here at lunch time but wanted breakfast. That was no problem so that made us happy right away. The staff was great and the food was great as well.. A family owned diner with plenty of charm....enjoy!!!!

This diner is adorably 1950s, decorated in Route 66 nostalgia. The food was wonderful. I enjoyed the homemade chile on my yummy New Mexican food. The service was great too. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place. The group I went with loved the food. The service was great and the pudding is a great surprise. We had breakfast only.

Had huevous rancheros with homemade red chili sauce. Was very good and in a clean friendly setting. Service was a little slow on drink refills.
