Great food - chips and dip are complimentary and unique!

I took some of my California relatives to dine here, and everyone left stuffed and happy. The dips for the appetizer chips were unique and satisfying. I had a chicken burrito and was very full afterwards. The prices were up slightly from my last visit a few years ago, but all in all a nice place... read more

I didn't care too much for my meal at this place. Cool atmosphere, good service, but I could not get over the fake tasting chicken chunks in my enchiladas. I actually didn't finish them. I might be too used to getting shredded chicken else where. These just didn't cut it. The taste, texture, etc. On an upside, the dips (salsa)... More

Average NM food, poor service and grounds that looks like a Home Depot loading bay make this place an unlikely option for travelers. Don't expect your waiter to smile, check on you or refill your drinks too often, nor - unless your food benchmark is Taco Bell - let yourself be trapped in the supposedly "authentic" New Mexican cuisine. For... More

Average NM food, subpar service, cluttered dining area: I'm sorry, but having given this place several tries, on account of all the good reviews, I can't recommend this place. On the last two times, it was clear the waitress just hated the job, never checking on patrons and messing repeteadly with orders. The food is ok, but nothing really to... More

This was our 3rd time to visit from New York! Food was fantastic. Wait staff fantastic. Our waitress "Sandy" recognized us from our 1st visit 6 years before. In fact we went to buy flowers from her beautiful mom who is still working in her70's! Went back the following day to eat but Sandy was working her other job while... More

This was recommended by a person who used to live in Farmington. Something must have changed. Chips were mostly broken into small pieces. The salsa was pretty good though. Prices seemed a bit high for the quality and quantity. I had a combo which included a very soggy crispy taco, a decent cheese enchilada, and a tiny portion of red... More

Wait staff is always quick and helpful, and I love their chips and sauces, yummy stuff! Plus the Cheese Enchiladas are the best in town!

There is nothing that ticks me off worse than a Mexican Restaurant that starts your meal off by charging you extra for what are normally "complimentary chips & salsa" (*take note Gazpachos/Durango*). We've been frequenting Si Senors for 20 years because they take a pleasant step in the opposite direction, by not only offering great chips & salsa, but also... More

We stopped in Farmington for two nights and found this restaurant on Tripadvisor. It was not crowded, the service was good and the food was excellent. It's not hard to find good Mexican food in the Southwest, so there's lots of competition. Si Senor was certainly up there in taste and presentation. My wife and I both had combination plates... Just happened to find this restaurant by accident. It was a Sunday evening and the place was busy the entire time we were there. The chip dipping sauce was outstanding. The waiter was very attentive and offered excellent suggestions when asked. We found the food to be very flavorful and reasonably priced. We would eat at this restaurant again if... More
