Bummed I live so far away.

Lamb costillos with green chile for husband, he loved it. Combo plate with red for me, I ate it all. Sopaipilla were great. My first time with those so I can't judge except that I liked them. My daughter finally is trying more interesting food. They made her a great burrito and she actually ate... read more

I have eaten here several times and its always been tasty, So far I haven't had anything that was not delicious. Its also well priced for the meals and most combos come with sopapillas. These folks make some very delicious sopapillas. So fluffy and such a perfect end to a delicious and often spicy meal. A reliable, consistent place to... More

This place was recommended to us by the owners of the Chimayo Trading Post many years ago. It is a little off the beaten track in Espanola, but worth finding. They have the most delicious salsas ever. Their breakfast burrito is the standard that I compare all others and is the best anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.... More

Had the lamb costillas, red chilli, and a lamb burrito - outstanding. Service was very friendly and helpful as well. Will make sure to stop again anytime I am in the area.

PROS: The food was very fresh, and both my companion and I were very pleased with our choices (pork Cañitas and chicken Fajitas). Go for the Sopapillas with honey if nothing else – absolutely heaven! Four large Sopapillas and two large plates of absolutely fabulous food for less than $20 – you can’t beat it! CONS: We waited quite a... More

My wife and I always stop at Angelina's for the lamb ribs. The ribs are excellent, a must have. The ribs normally come with NM red or green chile and a basket of sopapillas. This place serves some of the best New Mexican food. Very different than Mexican or TEXMEX. This place is old school, nothing fancy just good food.... More

Our hostess at Inn of the Delta told us about this place, known for its locally raised lamb. I had a lamb burger and my sister had lamp chops, both delicious dishes.

We tried the local dish of fried lamb ribs, lamb Costellos. Loved the lamb but the bowl of beans that accompanied it with green chile was a bit bland. Had really hot green chile but beans themselves were bland. Service was fast but not real friendly.

It's a basic, clean, family oriented Mexican restaurant. The food was good. The place clean as a whistle. In fact, the owner was sweeping the front when we arrived. We ordered chili rellenos

Espanola is a working class town, and Angelina's offers working class food. Big portions, hot chili's, and a full menu of wonderful choices. I had the huevos rancheros this trip, and it was exceptional. Meal is always topped off with hot sopapillas and honey. Angelina's is one of my favorite dining places in northern NM.
