Showed up minutes before closing and was welcomed and made to feel like they sincerely appreciated my business. Wide selection of menu choices including beer and wine. I had the Thai Curry Chicken and would recommend it to anyone. Meal was hot and fresh. Service was great...will definitely be back!

I stayed in Elephant Butte recently and as there aren't many restaurants in the area I had a few meals here. Everything I tried was really tasty! My favorite was a spicy breakfast burrito. The food was affordable the service was great and there was a good selection of wine and beer. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to the... More

It was a gorgeous evening so I stopped in here to get a carryout picnic so I could watch the sunset at Elephant Butte Park. I got their version of a Green Chili Cheeseburger, which had a huge, fresh burger (I can always tell the difference between fresh and frozen burger) on a grilled toasted-onion bun, swiss cheese and several... This is a scary joint... when you look at all the eclectic offerings, your mind tells you that no small joint like this can possible keep that level of food fresh. Well.. guess what? they don't. Freezer burn and "old food" taste come standard with most of their food. Worst meal ever.

Stopped by this place on last trip to Texas & it was a good deal. Friendly service, pretty fast. Food was good, very laid back. The town is called Elephant Butte, but was told by locals it is not butt! :) There's also a nice lake here, not too far off I-25. We camped at the park.

My husband and I got the vegetable tempura appetizer. There were lots of veggies and the batter was light and tasty. As good as this was, the Bigfoot burger was even better. Unlike many restaurants, this actually tastes like a real burger. On the burger were grilled onions, roasted red peppers, and a sweet dill sauce. What a great combination... More

Ate here last week. They have a lengthy menu. Seafood, mexican, chinese etc in a tiny little place. We ordered chinese orange chicken and felt sick for a week. Meanwhile the wierd couple that runs the place was screaming at each other in the kitchen about something. Every few minutes they looked out to see if we noticed. When we... More

I think this is the best restaurant in EB. The foods good and they are always quick. The menus very diverse. Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
