Mexican Food done right

Nothing fancy but the food was good. The plates are big and the service was nice. You will definitely have plenty of choices.

We always go to the Grill for mexican dishes with fish & shrimp -- all are delicious here. The Grill (especially the Southside location) can be confusing for newbies, though. The menu over the counter offers no details about what's in each dish, so make sure you pick up a printed menu by the door so you can think about... More

Cheap and really personal. The ingredients were fresh and local. I had a nacho thing and the boyfriend had tacos which were well made and tasty! Great stop!

Do you know the difference between New Mexican verses Mexican food? Well, here is your chance to compare. Guadalajara Grill has traditional Guadalajaran meals in comparison to the green chile delights of New Mexico. On occasion, the Grill has mariachi bands serenade you as well. Its a fun, diner-like, family restaurant yet they serve beers and "wine" margaritas.

I live in El Prado (Taos) and I am unable to go out to restaurants to eat. So my husband goes to Guadalajara for take out , I was so happy with the Mexican food. I have had the tacos, beans and rice dinner, the tostada dinner and a special request shrimp tacos. I have enjoyed every bite and was... More

Great food. So delicious. Not-so-great atmosphere. But you forget it's not so pretty once you take a bite! Recommend!

Good food, not great. Order at counter and food is brought to your table. Had basic tacos, chili relleños, chips & hot sauce.

If you have kids and don't like extreme New Mexico spices, nothing wrong with Guadalajara Grill. If your looking for more authentic, would recommend other options.

Pretty good, but a little overpriced for fast-food style dining. In a pinch will eat again, but we spent $29 on 2 fajita dinners.
