Delicious

This was our first time eating at Orlando's and we really enjoyed it. It is a relatively small restaurant, but we got right in without a wait at about 6:30pm on a Tuesday, but they had a steady stream of customers. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, so if it's warm enough, having the... read more

Small with a very Mexican, informal and laid back atmosphere. Our food at lunch was okay. Kitchen is open where you can see what is going on at the grill.Staff seemed very friendly with the locals, but over-all the place did not seem very welcoming to we travelers. They would not take any plastic and would not allow separate checks for... We were in Taos for just a couple days and got a recommendation for Orlando's from a local. I had the Tamales plate which was tasty and she had the enchiladas. The tamales had plenty of stuffing and the enchilada were made with the tortillas flat on the plate and chicken in between. The beans were whole not refried and... More

We (two persons) arrived on a snowy evening. The restuarunt was busy. There was one open table and the waitress said we had to sit at the bar. No one was waiting for the table and we asked if we could have the table, and she said no, "in case a group of 4 people come in, they would need... More

This is a great little spot for lunch or dinner. They have a cute little patio perfect for the weather! The flan is fabulous and their sangria margarita is outstanding!

Salsa was out of this world. Loved the chips too. We met here on the recommendation of our friend who lives in Taos. We all had different combinations and all the food was tasty. Good prices and good service. We had to wait (a popular place) even mid-week. They have some outdoor chairs in a circle outside and a fire... More

Ate here on the recommendation of hotel staff in Taos. Very small place but excellent real Mexican food. Glad we stopped here rather than one of the fancy Taos restaurants!! This is a must try if you're in Taos!

The place is a little funky on the outside, but the parking lot was jammed, which is usually a good sign. Inside it really reminded me of places we have visited in Cabo, or Playa Del Carmen - the real deal. The service was prompt even though I didn't see an empty seat in the house. Blue corn tortillas seem... More
