If you enjoy local brew and good food, try the Taos Mesa Brewery. There is lots of room for kids and alike to run around, the food is tasty and the beer selection is expansive.

This place is a beacon in the night! Just watch the dirt road off of the highway, can be a bit bumpy. The beer is worth the trip: had the dark XX, great, and the chicken chile soup wasn't bad. The bathroom door and stalls are make of welded steel panels, pretty cool. They have regular live musical entertainment and... More

Stop here for the beer. They a brewing some really good stuff and always have great stuff on their guest taps. If you get the chance, sit outside and take in the awesome mountain views. A couple of cautions. 1) The food is fine, but nothing special. It's probably on par for most bar food. 2) On the weekends they... More

We drove around waiting for this place to open on Sunday. We were hungry for lunch here after reading the menu on the website. If Orlando's had not been closed, we would not have experienced the fish and chips or the yummy brat with green chile and caramelize onions. Delicious. The fries could have been cooked just a m little... More

On a day trip out of Santa Fe, we wanted to see the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. Two or three miles (?) before the bridge, we saw Taos Mesa Brewing off the north side of the road. Hungry, we hoped they had food. Indeed they do. A diverse menu available day and night. Having already had several days of chile... More

Stopped in on our way out of Taos. What a cool place! Beers are great! Design is funky eco cool. And the food is great. We had lunch and couldn't stay for music but the list of musicians who had or would be playing there was awesome. Definitely worth stopping in to enjoy.

We love to stop at Taos Mesa Brewery for lunch and a cold beer after our weekly hike in the mountains. Their blackened trout can't be beat and they always have a delicious selection of freshly brewed beers on tap. This weekend we will be heading to TMB for their annual Dia de los Muertos celebration, complete with music an... More

Although we haven't been there for a musical performance, we recently enjoyed the Octoberfest offerings. The micro brewery was fantastic; I personally appreciated their IPA! The food was over-the-top delicious, prepared by what have to be a corps of high-end international chefs. How could a brew pub in New Mexico serve such authentic (and delicious!) German food? The indoor stage... More
