While traveling around the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway, we ran across this little diner and from the moment we walked inside, we had the best time. Not only was the burger one of the best I've had in quite some time, the staff really chatted us up and we laughed the entire time. We ordered the burger combo - and... More

We found this to be a nice stop while on the Enchanted Circle Drive. It is family owned and very friendly. We had chicken strips and onion rings, which were home made, rather than made from frozen. They were tasty but greasier than we would have liked.

I have been to D and D Cafe a few times and have always been happy with the burgers. Today, Curtis cooked up a chicken fried chicken sandwich for me. The chicken was twice the size of the bun! I was very pleased. My husband had the burger on the whiteboard ...chicken cordon bleu burger. He loved it and the... More

The husband/wife owners work hard to provide a great experience as well as quality food. Breakfast especially is tasty and if anything is not right, they are happy to make changes immediately. Always enjoy visiting the D & D.

I had pancakes and bacon, and it was perfect! The pancakes were light and fluffy. They didn't overcook them, the short-stack was the perfect amount. AND they serve them with BUTTER -- not the fake stuff. The bacon was crispy and delicious! Loved it! So did my friends! We all got different items, and everyone had a great meal. The... More

Being a local it is hard to find things open during "slow season" . We stopped in for breakfast- nice large portions, and good hearty breakfast. Owners were very nice and visited for a couple of minutes. Food was very good. We will be back!

The food is delicious, the owners are very funny and the price is just right!! You get dinner & a show all for hardly nothing. I highly recommend D & D Cafe.

The d&d cafe is a favorite for the town. Friendly, great food. Homemade french fries, chicken fried steak is the best around for the price. Chicken strips are also the best. They try to be open everyday, but when you have to run the cafe with two people it is had to do that. Trust me I have been there... More

Every year we stay in Eagle Nest and go skiing in Angel Fire. Every year we eat breakfast at D & D's and it has never disappointed! The owner is a very friendly man and makes great breakfast and the food looks decorative. The service is always great. It is small, but wonderful!

... you just never know what you'll find! We stopped in at the D&D Cafe for lunch during a Northern New Mexico walkabout and were more than pleasantly surprised. It's a smallish, 60s-looking cafe, and believe it or not, the folks running it had 60s music on in the kitchen which spilled out over the half-dozen small tables like a... More
