Traveling through the southwest to our destination we happened upon a remote and unique restaurant in Deming, NM of all places. One of the best filet's I have had and my husband enjoyed the Cordon Bleu dish immensely. The decor is distinctly different with the wild herd of stuffed game. Only drawback was our waitress Brit, who did not seem... More

Came here after reading the reviews-certainly glad we did! The French Onion Soup was amazing, and my mother's steak was huge. The service was great and the quality of the food was outstanding.

You can't beat the atmosphere, great western place. Food is very good but I have had better Fillet elsewhere.

We made it here in the dark and weren't sure what we were walking into. Once through the gate, we were even more unsure. The huge TV screen seemed out of place with the stuffed animals throughout. Once seated and we looked at the menu, we were surprised to see things like duck and oso buco on the menu. The... More

Shady, run-down locals' dive bar mistakenly advertised as a "destination restaurant." Do NOT bother visiting unless you wear cowboy boots for a living, or enjoy having dead, stuffed animals staring at you through a hazy cloud of dust while you attempt to eat a "meal". If you have worn a pair of high heels ever in your life - go... More

Oh my God. I have eaten in thousands of cities. Dozens of Countries. How good does a restaurant have to be to make my top 5? Deming is one bland, boring looking town, and I would go back in a heartbeat just to eat at the Adobe Deli. Forget the name. This is not a deli, at least not in... More

This is one of the restaurants that we Deming area locals enjoy taking visitors to for a unique dining experience and great food! It's once was a an old country school house. The owner has converted it to a place filled with many surprises, including a fine wine cellar, unique artifacts and splendid food. It's noted for it's steaks and... More

Maybe it's more fun for a night out drinking. We were there for a weekday lunch. The decor consists of hundreds of taxidermy animals, which can be a bit odd to eat amongst. The place was really dusty and dirty, which maybe less noticeable at night. The server seemed high, couldn't light the oil lamp, forgot the orders, mixed them... More

this was the highlight of our trip, in terms of a place to eat and have a beer. The group I travelled with were lucky enough to get directions from a local in Deming to go out of town to the Adobe Deli. We were not sure of the building as the signage was not great but we arrived. If... More

One of the places we stopped recommended the Adobe Grill. We got directions & they took us out to the far reaches (about 8 miles from Deming) of the area. We did find the place quite easily & were pleasantly surprised by the rustic ambiance of the place. Good selection on the menu. I had the French Dip & the... More
