We have driven and stopped by here quite a few times over the years and I am always surprised at how bad the driveways are, but the inside is really clean. We usually just stop to grab some fudge, get a refill and use the restrooms. The fudge is a very nice extra found in the middle of nowhere. I... More

Clines Corner is located in the middle of nowhere - Interstate 40 and US 285 (NM). We were hoping for a decent meal and a break on our drive back to Texas. Yes, the food was good. We ordered breakfast and it was fine. It's the rest of the place that desires this review. It was very clean. It had... More

We drove from Santa Fe, NM to Roswell, NM and about the only thing dotting the landscape in between the 2 locations were signs for Clines Corners touting the clean restrooms. The signs didn't lie! The were indeed clean and had multiple stalls sort of like in an airport. Country music blared from the speakers and put you in a... More

The only thing going for this place is the restroom. The service was pitiful. They had 1 person working 3 separate counters: jewelry, knives, & restaurant payments. I had to wait 20 minutes while the girl was waiting on someone who was trying on jewelry across from the restaurant payment counter. They are not interested in service because they know... More

I had three rolled corn tortilla enchiladas containing cheese and onions with sides of cheesy beans, seasoned rice and red & green chile. Superb! Wife had a soft vanilla ice cream cone. Superb! Clean restrooms. Parking lot and adjacent Phillips 66 under construction. Conoco station open. Restaurant and adjacent Subway was staffed by a half dozen teenage girls from Thailand... More

My riding buddy's and I stopped here for breakfast. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Interesting place; it has a lot of history and the largest gift shop in NM. I would recommend this place and would stop here again for breakfast if in the area. Restrooms are clean.

We were here on April 11th. It was a great stop on our route 66 cruise. This place has alot of history. It has a southwest flavor to it. We ordered some bacon burgers which were outstanding. Place was clean. The staff was always making sure our coffee was topped up and checking if we needed anything. They had spotless... More

We stopped there yesterday for lunch, being intrigued on our road trip with its nostalgic Route 66 decor. What we found was a retro style diner that served freshly prepared, good food that was served with a great attitude at reasonable prices.

After a long day's driving and the sun setting behind us it was nice to pull over, stretch, have a bit e to eat and wander in the gift shop. you have a choice between Subway for a quick meal or a sit down Café. We opted for Subway as we had another 5 hours drive ahead of us. Nevertheless,... More
