Description: This is a fabulous, newly opened restuarant along the main road in Duong Dong, near the beach and many resorts. The food is all homemade, including the warm bread and jam! While we stayed in Phu Quoc, we noticed that many customers, including my wife and I, came back to this delightful place more than once. The Swedish owners and Vietnamese staff are friendly and welcoming and will do all they can to make your stay on the island a memorable one.

Average food, dull staff...and pricey comparing of what you get. Nothing special. Completely empty during lunch time...maybe I know why

Many western food if you want to take break from Vietnamese food and sea food BBQ. From cuscus, Sweden meat ball to all kinds of tapas and reasonable wine price.

We very much enjoyed the tapas - beets were a table favorite! - and wine at this restaurant. The owner is lovely as well. Prices were reasonable, location and atmosphere pleasant.

Loved Mondo Restaurant. The tapas were all good quality and very tasty, and the staff were friendly. It was not the cheapest restaurant, but it was definitely worth the money.

I don't know about you, but I tend to eat a different type of food most days when I'm at home, so as delicious as the local food might be, I find after a whole it's a little "same same". Mondo will help infuse some other flavours into your diet. Others have commented that it's expensive, but it seemed to... More

Definitely worth a visit when you come to Phu Quoc. We had some delicious fruit shakes, African chicken (in a hot pot) and a tuna sandwich. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Service is great, as well!

Beautiful food, great service... Only thing is the prices definitely do not reflect portion size, but that is due to western ownership! Must remember that you can't charge the same prices here as you would at home... Isn't that partly the point of going away ?

Went for breakfast one morning, it was expensive for what it was. The fresh baguette appeared more like defrosted bread. The rest of the breakfast was also distinctly average, especially considering the price. On the other hand, the service was very good. We did consider it for an evening meal previously and have to say that the tapas did look... More
