Great to people watch

Restaurant attached to hotel we were staying at. We had lunch here a few times and dinner one night. Lovely food and a varied menu, not cheap for Bali but a great spot if you don't want to go out. I'd recommend a seat at front overlooking the street, great to just sit and watch people passing by... read more

Sabeen has some very nice salad. The place is nice. The staff are nice. I was a bit disappointed with the mie goreng but the tuna loin was just perfecr.

You walk past The Haven And Sabeen looks inviting with its street front height, music and lighting, but don't be lured in...The food and service don't match the appearance. Worst pad Thai I have ever eaten - bland and mushy. Average and overpriced cocktails, staff over attentive to the point of hovering. The advertised saxophonist just freestyled to the DJ... More

We ate dinner here tonight. Husband ordered Penne Bolognaise and I ordered Nasi Goreng. Both were tasty, meals came out quickly. Staff very friendly and professional. Would recommend this restaurant.

I would like to thank Peter and his team for proving us with outstanding food and outstanding service. We stayed at the haven for 7 days and despite some issues with our rooms (which was sorted out very quickly) this was more than made up by the service recieved in the Sabeen restaurant.. The quality of food was outstanding and... More

We lived at the hotel where sabeen is located and ate here several times due to pure laziness. The food doesnt taste anything and for the first time in many years, I couldnt eat what I had been served - impossible to chew the meat in their steak sandwich. Sure I could have complained, but for a restaurant that has... More

Can't fault the staff as the service was great, meal was so so, prices also. We read that they had a wow of a jazz saxophonist and DJ, boy what a load of rubbish. The so called musician was, mostly, trying to find he right note, how it worked was the DJ played a published music cd and then the... More

We have had drinks and meals there twice now - because it is a very nice setting & modern venue near our villa. Meals are nice as is service but we found it to be quite expensive. It may even be more than the likes of Ku De Ta and Potato Head but without the same view. We'll probably go... More

We came in the restaurant because it looked nice and cosy in the evening with all this lights. Don't make the same mistake! The food is bad and not cheap: noodles was tasteless, cold and very thin soup was supposed to be spicy and the only exceptable was curry (well, exceptable compared with the rest). Alcohol is more expensive than... More
