Nice restaurant amongst many others but inviting entry - good colour scheme with red and black. Tasty Indonesian food (what else would you eat in Bali). Staff pleasant and quick. Would recommend for a middle-of-the-road budget.

We decided to head to Gosha because of its fantastic reviews only to find out we went to the wrong one. We should have gone to the one in Legian. The restaurant itself looked lovely, nothing too fancy but nice. We chose to sit outside next to the kitchen as the weather suited. Didn't want to be stuck inside with... More

We walked past this restaurant and saw that it's recommended by tripadvisor so we decided to dine in. There was only 1 or 2 tables occupied so service was quite prompt. As the evening continued, the outdoor section was being filled up and service level started to deteriorate. I had to request for chili sauce at least 3 times before... More

Unfortunately it is too easy just to walk past the Gosha as it has a quite narrow frontage and the staff don't try to drag you in like so many other places. Once inside it is a bamboo and wicker paradise showing what some of the original Bali buildings and dwelling must have looked like. The staff are pleasant and... More

Went here for a friends 50th, we had organised this in advance for 25 people 2 months before the night. They had set out the tables and decorations beautifully but seemed not to have enough staff. Food was slow and drinks even slower. They ran out of a lot of dishes got things wrong . We had chosen this restaurant... More

Large restaurant with nice grounds but this place needs people and early mid-week was the wrong time. Nice staff and a very creative penacolada made from a coconut. That was about it, the food was quite average with liberal use of the fat fryer. Could be good if you have a large party. but as a couple or small family... More

There is a recommendation for bbq ribs in the menu... I got two bones. The restaurant is supposed to have a certificade of excellence, but we thought it was just overpriced. I asked for extra veggies instead of pommes frites, but got only the original portion. When I asked then to get my pomme frittes, I had to pay extra... More

Six of us visited Gosha very recently and enjoyed a good night out. Started the evening with cocktails. Each of us had one served in a large coconut, which was elaborately decorated and presented; so heavy each had to be served separately! At AUD 7.50 each they were terrific value and great fun. The house speciality is beef ribs and... More

Ate at Gosha tonight and was a little disappointed. Calamari was way too battered & when you got to the squid it was very chewy. I ordered Mahi Mahi 'fresh' grilled fillets which was inedible. In over 30 years of coming to Bali I have never tasted Mahi Mahi like this. The waiter later told me that it came frozen... More
