Very good local warung, tasty seafood

We found Warung Eny by accident and had two excellent seafood meals. We wanted a restaurant with a 'local flavour' and this certainly hit the mark. The bbq seafood was pretty good, and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend eating here.

Visited one night for dinner after walking past and seeing the BBQ out the front. Simple restaurant with good range of local food and well priced. We had the Nasi Goreng, Sate chicken and pork skewers and a serve of the garlic king prawns. All were perfect!! Food was BBQ'd fresh outside and the open kitchen in the eating area... More

In search of the best warung in seminyak area we came across this place and wanted to give it a try. It's a simple place with not too many tables, basic menu but the food was delicious and cheap! The only downside is the amount of smoke coming off the bbq out the front and it fills the entire restaurant,... More

Ok if you wanna have a homecooked, locally run by a balinese lady, food, this is the place. But take note, it's a small restaurant with maybe 10 tables at most. But try the grilled fish and the grilled king prawns, its bbq excellent... Inexpensive too... 6 of us came out to just about 1 million rupiah. So go early... More

Decided to try out this place given we were staying so close by and I am so glad we did. Do not be put off by the rustic setting and the fire out the front. The food was absolutely delicious traditional Indonesian food. We tried the satay which were like no other we had tried before, nasi goreng was simple... More

It wasn't at all what I would have expected from all the reviews. We've eaten in many "simple" places, roadside stalls and had way much better food then here. Nasi Goreng was below average and tasteless, the pork and chicken skewers smelled burned and like some kind of ignition stuff (kerosene?) was used. The fish type of omelette or filets... More

Warung Eny is right bang in the middle of one of the most trendy streets in Seminyak,Pettitenget. It is a credit to the family run business that they are still going after so many, many years. You really step back in time once you arrive and if you are a return customer Eny treats you like an old friend. The food is old style... It was a place we wanted to go the last time we came to bali but couldn't make it. This time, we were so glad we came. We made it a point to be early as we noted from the reviews, there were limited seats. We were there by 6pm and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by smoke from... More
