Great food. Inexpensive and very tasty. Lots of choice for Indonesian food. Will definitely go back. Not posh but worth the visit.

this popular place served up good meals at good prices. Lots of tourists here and many were obviously return customers...and we will be too :-)

Great local food in a convenient position. Ridicuously cheap and the beer is icy. Worth a visit. Highly recommend

go with the nasi campur from the buffet, or the grilled chicken and rice. Authentic and inexpensive ( 125,000 IDR for 3 main courses and beers- $13 AUD). Not the cleanest place, but hey, this in Indonesia.

Great place for authentic Indonesian food. You may have to wait a bit for a table but it's worth it. Choose from the buffet and don't forget to look in the silver pots at the curries etc. So tasty. Love the honesty system with the price tokens you collect as you eat and drink and then pay for at the... More

We checked several Indonesian restaurants and this is one of the best choices if you look for something which is not fancy. The place gets crowded but if you wait a little you will get some seats because the most are just take away from the buffet. You can order from the menu but we recommend to try the good... More

The food is pre-cooked and displayed and you make your choice and the waitress plates everything for you. You can order things like satay and salad from the menu but there is an extensive layout of dishes to chose from. Beef rending, chicken grilled, Indonesian chicken curry and tempe, fried, stir fried with vegetables and aubergines cooked with sambal. The... More

go there all the time with my family but this has got to be the last time. OK it is cheap but when you find a pubic hair in your food, you ask yourself, how do they cook your food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. so people, next time check what's in your plate, you might be quite surprised !

The menu's already pretty extensive, but if you want some personalisation, head to the food counter, pick the type of rice you prefer (red/yellow/white), and have the lady uncover the meats kept in the food warmers, and take your pick! Locals come here too, and many foreigners seemed to be regulars. Food is mostly local style, it's a warung after... More
