Sedgefield is not top of most people's lists for a dining experience, but Chattanooga's won't dissapoint you. They have one of the most interesting menus around and the food is superb. The bacon, butternut and spicy pecan salad and chocolate and blue cheese (yes!) springrolls are both sublime. more
