The quaintness of Taki's caught our eye! We were settled in at a table in the back garden which was nice an d spacious. The drinks came swiftly and the menu offered some... More

Great local wine, tasty Mediterranean platters.. friendly atmosphere with Taki available whenever you need... we thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again soon. Well done Taki!
Had a very nice dinner after a day of "Wine Tramming"! Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and the owner, Taki, socializing with the customers. Very nice family "pub".

My wife had a cold salmon salad and she really enjoyed it. Sitting on the front porch and just watching activities was enjoyable. I asked Kim to use her name;... More
If you want a change from the more 'upmarket' in Franshhoek you cannot fault Taki's. Taki himself is a character, his staff excellent, and the atmosphere is welcomng. Always full of 'locals' of all types. The food is also of good value. Well worth a visit.
