We had lunch at the Babel Restaurant on the estate. We both chose the "Red" dish, which I'd recommed. The place is carefully designed, so there are lots of details to be discovered around you. Suggestion: Have a closef look at the open kitchen and see how the chefs prepare your dish!

This was recommended by a friend and she was right - we loved the airy, white room, service was absolutely wonderful and the food was great - included probably the best roast potatoes I've ever eaten. Portions are huge so if you're having one of the very fresh and tasty salads to start, you probably won't have room for much... More

Lovely garden area where sights and scents follow one another. You can stroll around the garden even if you cannot get a table, it is worth visiting if you are even slightly interested in pots and plants!

Unfortunately the main restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we had to eat at The Greenhouse, but this was really not a problem. It was a gorgeous day, so we could sit outside under the trees. The menu is super simple, a Salad of the day or Make your own sandwich. We both went for the salad and... More

We loved this farm so much we went twice. We had an amazing meal under the trees, food mostly straight from the garden. The gardens are spectacular, one could walk around for hours. Their wine is pretty good too. Really worth a visit!

At Babylonstoren it is heaven. From the divine foods and the beautiful gardens and greenhouses to the coffee shop where fresh fruit from the garden is on the table free for you. A beautiful place with the most gorgeous setting.

Fell in love with the gardens and orchards at Babylonstoren. I could have walked around for hours, taking in the beauty of this estate. The food in the glasshouse was yummy and the offer to taste freshly picked fruit from the orchards is a great extra touch.

I loved this estate so much I actually visited twice. We ate under the trees in the garden and enjoyed wonderful, fresh wholesome food. The gardens are as much a part of the experience as the food. The entire experience left me feeling inspired, inspired to present food in simple, unpretentious yet exciting ways, to garden creatively and to grow... More

The venue is great and the walk through the orchards was stunning. On their own they are well worth the visit at this time of the year The restaurant is not arirconditioned and on a hot day is quite uncomfortable. Flies in the restaurant were a severe problem Great steak had by two of us Average chicken had by four... More

We could not make a reservation for lunch at the main restaurant since they were booked for weeks in advance. We thus just had a walk through the gardens and a light lunch in the garden restaurant at the greenhouse. Very friendly service, nice food and absolutely great wine. And the gardes are just beautiful and a sight in itself.
