Close to Dillon's, so worth stopping in

We were hungry from a long day of shopping at Dillon Music around the corner, so we went to the recommended local brewpub JJ Bittings. It was good. We had the beer sampler, they were all fine. The food was typical brewpub fare, burgers and soups and whatnot. All good, good service, not too pricey... read more

This is a nice reasonable local all around brewery in the heart of Woodbridge. The food is average but the atmosphere is just good! The prices are wonderful. The atmosphere is open, clear and fun. If you ever decided to travel south or north on the NJ Transit you can go hear to await your train because the restaurant is... More

Not my first rodeo. I love it here. The trains, the beer, the atmosphere, the tot menu. Have been a few times and always enjoy it.

JJ Bittings offers great burgers and tasty fajitas at a reasonable price - haven't tried much else.Their homemade salsa is bland, but the butterfly fries and the JJ fries are favor filled.

Established in 1997, J.J. Bitting Brewing Company was the first brewery to operate in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, since the repeal of prohibition in 1933. Our spacious 3 story restaurant resides in a beautifully restored 100 year old brick building that once housed The J.J. Bitting Coal and Feed Depot. The ribs and beer are outstanding, the rest of the... More

Standard bar food but a good variety of tap beer. Waitstaff inconsistent in last 3 trips. Convenient location with parking nearby.

The food has a definite southern bent to it, especially with the cajun popcorn (crawdads) on the menu along with pecan pie. The most innovative thing is the tater tot menu. The beer brewed onsite is good. The service is average. It's someplace I go to sit and have a beer and have a good meal, but it's not upscale... More

That was really great fun. The location is an authentic one, a historic building (fire station), with nice house brewery atmosphere. In the middle the brewers' equipment, always interesting to look at. Homemade beer was very tasty, good quality - just great. Food - I had the spareribs - wow, rarely had better ones. Together with sweet potato fries plus... More

I enjoy the taps every time I am here. the food is good and it is worth a stop for a burger and beer. Service has always been good, never any issues. I've been here many times and nothing is going to wow you but it is solidly consistent. Indoor & outdoor seating. Take a walk to the outside seating... More

Went to play trivia in the bar on tues pm 9/23. 4 of us sat at bar for a good 5 minutes waiting for one of 2 bartenders to even notice us. The male bartender got us 4 game boxes and took my beer order, ignoring the other 3 of us. We were there about 2 hours and had to... More
