enjoyed a recent visit here, great food, drinks and environment. Haven't been there in several years, so glad I went back.
If your ever visiting Woodbridge, NJ, this is a brew pub you want to check out. They have a good rack of ribs with waffle fries. If you like fajitas, try the chicken. Meals come out hot and tasty. Burgers are big and good. The building is a converted grain mill with antique signs and a small train that runs... More
In the area for a few weeks and went for dinner and drinks. Had an amazing time stagv was verg friendly food was great and look forward to a return visit.
J.J. Bitting is Cerami's 3rd or 4th attempt at food service. I'm frankly amazed this place is even still in business. The couple times I've tried this place they were actually out of several of their beer flavors. You're a micro-brewery...how do you run out of 3/4's of your beer without having made more? That is just inexcusable. The food... More
we went on a friday night. place was packed, but its a big place, so no wait. we both ordered the prime rib, which was done to perfection! great choice of local brews also. will definitely be going back.
this was our 3rd choice for dinner, but with more than an hour wait at the others, this became #1. And we're glad we did. Great food, ample servings, and some good beers to wash them down. Their Octoberfest and IPA are both well worth it. We'll be back.
Stopped in a day after work. Didn't have any food so I can't rate that. I'm fairly new to the brewing scene and like to try any craft/ homebrews I can get a glass of. Multiple levels of space this place is pretty big and has a lot of history. Being an old railroad hub the atmosphere kinda build itself... More
Based on some of the reviews, I had rather low expectations but went along with the group and was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with J.J. Bittings. The only reason I gave it 4 stars over 5 is that some of the host staff seemed a bit overwhelmed (they seemed annoyed when asked for a table of 10 when the... More
This place has great potential. But they are far from where they could be. First look it looks nice, but after sitting there, you notice the dirty floor, the dirty table that you stick to and the different things carved into your table. They have about 7 beers in tap that are theirs. Some were good, some were stale. Strange... More
J.J. Bitting Brewing Company has long been on my own personal restaurant list, and I recently dined there on an Amazon Local deal that I had purchased. Although I was very excited and optimistic about this place, it was a major disappointment. I had never been to downtown Woodbridge before and was actually very surprised how rundown it was. Modest... More
