Description: Pat Kotsonis wants the patrons of his new restaurant, PK’s Cafe, located at 51 Main Street in Woodbridge, to fall in love with his food. Having recently opened for dinner, completing the restaurant’s trifecta of breakfast, lunch and now dinner menu offerings, Kotsonis says he created his custom menu to be an eclectic array of cuisines – pan-Asian, French, Mediterranean – which combine the best qualities of each tradition into a tour de force American dining experience. “Good food should be more than a meal; it should be an experience you can’t wait to share with your friends. That’s what we’re doing at PK’s Café,” explains Kotsonis, the restaurant’s owner and chef. “We’re making every bite an experience our diners can’t wait to talk about with their friends.”The downtown Woodbridge restaurant offers an inviting setting to commuters, pedestrians and the larger public to enjoy a casual dining experience at moderate prices, while boasting a remarkable culinary experience. His imaginative and diverse menu was designed with a broad palate in mind, offering a jumble of N.Y. Strip steak, homemade raviolis d’ jour, or confit Portobello mushroom layered with grilled vegetables, as well as wraps and paninis that use a variety of Kotsonis’ seven homemade flavored mayos, including basil and chipotle mayo.PK’s Café in Woodbridge is the second offering in a promising Kotsonis-branded franchise endeavor. The first PK’s opened in Tottenville in Staten Island, N.Y., in 2006 to great success, being voted the number one casual restaurant on Staten Island by the borough’s residents in 2008, and continues to delight Staten Island residents today. “We’re definitely the new kid on the block here in Woodbridge, but we’re already gaining a loyal customer base and looking forward to helping our new friends and neighbors discover a truly unique and pleasurable dining experience at PK’s Café,” explains Kotsonis.

We were visiting on business, and our lunch was catered by PK's. I had a grilled chicken wrap and it was excellent! My boss had a cheese steak sandwich and he said it was very good!

PK's closed it's Main St. location shortly after opening a satellite operation at the Club at Woodbridge, a racquet club/health club, also on Main St. It's open to the public and I eat there twice a week on average. They make great wraps, burgers, salads, soups and salads as well as all day breakfast. I'm fond of their chicken burger,... More

The food is not worth going out of your way for. The meat was dry and the Fries were stale.

This place is a staple for lunch where I work. Broad menu choices with good quality. Delivery can sometimes take a little long, but worth the wait.

Just came back from another delicious meal at PK's and the Asparagus Salad was amazing! No matter what dish selected from his menu, they never disappoint. Beautifully plated, fresh and flavorful. What a treat to have such amazing food in a local restaurant with warm, hometown hospitality. I would definitely recommend a meal or two or three at PKs!
