Not great. We went here really hungry. The service was a bit too in your face for our liking. And the food was not amazing, pizza was quite doughy, and fish was just ok.

We met George the owner who took a lot of time to show us how he cooked and gave us some of the secrets too. The food was really excellent and not just just your run of the mill options either, a very pleasant change from the same old! George then gave us a specialist pastry to try and treated... More

Our meal was plentiful but not very tasty. The owner is Greek Cypriot and is friendly but the food is not very Greek! Disappointing if you want to have Greek food.

We came across the restaurant the first night we arrived in JBay and it turned out really good! The owner (or manager?) is very friendly and we enjoyed our dinner both times there (and will continue to go!) Haven't been to the highest rated restaurants Kitchen Window or InFood Blue yet, but the Greek is definitely the best restaurant we've... More

A visit to The Greek in Jeffreys bay is always a pleasant experience. George brags that his prawns are the best in town. Well looking at the attached photo, these were the best prawns in town....until George and his crew dish up the next plate of prawns. We had the platter for two with a Focaccia flat bread. The meal... More

We stopped on our way on the garden route at the Greek Restaurant , we both had some fresh seefood ( I had the catch of the day) . The ambience was cosy, the atmosphere was easy-going and the food was sensational!

Went here because we both hadn't eaten Greek dood for a while. Nice atmosphere, and after a few minutes George, the owner, came to make us feel home, and when we said we were both almost doctors he would even call us 'Dottore' from that point on! Loved the food, the Souvlaki was very nice. Definately a top venue!

Having lived in Cyprus for numerous years we know almost all there is to know about Greek food. The meal we were served here was terrible. My Halloumi starter was tepid, watery & under cooked. Hubby's black mushrooms just warmed through with chopped RAW garlic on top. Our main course of grilled prawns were tasteless (they advertise them as the best... More

We only popped in to have a light bite and some wine. George the owner is the best host! Absolutely welcoming and so hospitable. In 5 minutes it felt like I'd have known him for years before! Food delicious. Service great. Vibe fantastic, if you dont come here then you are missing out! I will only eat here when in... More
