A Solid choice

While owned by the same group that owns Uries and Boathouse, we find Beach Creek to offer a better menu, atmosphere and food prep than the others. Top 5 in the Wildwoods for us.

Had the early bird special. Shrimp dish actually had 3 avg size shrimps and pasta for $25. Complained to the waitress and she said she would ask why, never said a word to us after. They don't care there. It's a way overpriced rest with a ok view. Not worth the money or time.

Ordered a salad that had shrimp on top of a bed of lettuce. When I began to eat the lettuce realized there the lettuce was not fresh, in fact to wilted it was rotten. The manager came to the table when I asked why this was not taken off my bill. She said that the lettuce was free and refused... More

We happened to arrive about 5:45pm so we were still able to get the $25 dinner special. Soup or salad, entree and dessert. A great bargain! The food was very good, tuna cooked perfectly and the bread pudding which I generally don't like (but came with the meal) was fantastic! The only issue with our dinner with a bit too... More

We returned to Beach Creek Restaurant again and it has not diminished its appeal. It is still a very good restaurant. The Early Bird Specials are worth the $25 each. The specials are available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The early bird is a three course serving. We had the soup of the day-pork and bean-and the New England... More

When we dined at Beach Creek they were offering a prefix menu for $25 which included choice of soup or salad, a decent variety of entrees a dessert and coffee. We all enjoyed the food we ordered. The main menu has a large selection of various food to choose from. It sits on the bay and we were seated outside... More

The atmosphere at the outside bar will transport you to a tropical paradise. The views of water, boats, and sunsets are beautiful. We didn't make it in time for an early bird special, but our meal was fabulous and enough for leftovers for tomorrow. Our waiter was indiscreet and yet, efficient. His recommendations were spot on, so I suggest you... More

Similar to the last post the service was rushed and not up to par. I ordered the 1/2 and received 2 leg quarters that were over cooked to the point of being almost inedible, the sweet potato mash was was doused with cinnamon to the point of not being edible and the greens were undercooked. I guess I assumed a... More

Rushed service overcrowded the food was mediocre at best Just a big tourist trap with no real substance but pricey for what you get. It really pisses me off when I spend a lot of money for meals I can cook better myself. Don't waste your time on any of the 3 restaurants by the bridge. Better off going offshore

We spent a long weekend at Wildwood, and decided to have a more formal dinner saturday night. Beach Creek doesn't take reservations, but I think it made our experience even more fun, while we waited for a table on the deck ( only about a 35 minute wait) we sat and had drinks at their outdoor bar while a live...
