Went with my husband on a trip. I ordered a chicken burger with swiss cheese and fried onions. The was a mixed up in my plate. When it came, the waitress was arguing that the beef they served me was looking like the chicken i'd ordere..She finaly change the plate, while my husband was eating alone. The chicken i got... More

Right in the middle of the boardwalk, this is a great place to take a rest , grab a coffee, people watch, and have breakfast. Staff are friendly. Service is quick.

We headed out onto the boardwalk earlier than most and happened upon Hot Spot. We had most of the restaurant to ourselves and they let us sit anywhere. Friendly people and efficient, though the food did seem to take a few more minutes than I would have expected with only a few parties in the place. The meal was nothing... More

Another favorite that my hubby introduced me to in 1984. This is usually a must visit for dinner just before coming home. We tend to take day trips to Wildwood throughout the summer. Must try while in Wildwood!

We love stopping at the Hot Spot every time we visit the Wildwood Boardwalk. The GYROS they sell are the BEST!

Ok, this place was pretty good. Not fine dining by any means but the food is decent, not great. he first time I ate there I had the flounder & shrimp combo, it was pretty good but I've had better. I like a thin piece of flounder and this was a bit thinker (all personal reference I suppose). I also... More

I've been eating at the Hotspot for 20+ years and this place just keeps on getting better. I was just there last week and I've noticed that the restaurant was cleaner than normal. That's no easy task on this VERY busy boardwalk. The first morning I was there for breakfast, it appeared that they were short staffed. One of the... More

We ended up here looking for an Italian meal. The side of the building listed many Italian dishes. The service was okay. Our waiter was decent but we could see many others receiving bad service. The food... We were shocked the menu was more diner like and not Italian. I ordered ravioli and it reminded me of Chef Boyardee. My... More

My family and I love the hoagies from the Hot Spot. I usually get a turkey hoagie and the meat does not taste really processed, but fresh. Hoagies do not come with any condiments on them so make sure to ask. My family loves to sit outside on the screened in porch. There is a nice view of the beach... More
