Our large group of 14 on a Sunday evening could certainly stress a restaurant's capabilities, but it all worked out. Cattle and Clover has a great beer selection as well as some nice creative whiskey drinks. Lima bean humus appetitizer was a huge hit, as well as the buffalo chicken meatballs. Burgers were exceptional, and for the vegetarians, the portobello... More

Our large group decided to eat here for dinner because from the website and Google reviews it looked perfect for us! The menu is fantastic, the atmosphere is just what we expected (and loved!), beer selection was great and the food was delicious; however.... the service was horrendous. The server we had (and it appeared, the only one working) needs... More

We were down this past weekend for Beach Jam and since this was the first year our kids were old enough to go to the boardwalk alone we decided to have an adults only dinner. The food was awesome! I had the Irish Torte and it was so original and delicious, it was also huge, so everyone was able to... More

We have been visiting The Wildwoods for years and grew tired of the "tourist" restaurants with their gotcha prices. Started a search of the Internet prior to a trip in 2013 for the best local places and the Cattle and Clover was listed in the top 15. The C&C's many positive on-line reviews combined with excellent word of mouth info... More

"Corned Beef Sandwich 12.99 Slow cooked corn beef topped with mustard, Swiss, sweet & sour braised cabbage, served on pretzel bread" This sandwich is the BEST sandwich I've had in all my 44 years. I'm serious. The pretzel bread was perfectly salted. The corn beef was moist and not fatty at all. The cabbage was not mushy or overly sour.... More

Our second trip to CnC. We had a little trouble ordering because the menu had several choices that appealed to us. We ended up with two starters: corn beef spring rolls; followed by chicken "wings". My girlfriend enjoyed her martini. Our waiter, sorry I can't recall his name, was exceptional and friendly.

We ate here on a Friday night, in Wildwood for a dance competition at the convention center, which was in part sponsored by this restaurant. As soon as we were seated for dinner, the live entertainment started-a man playing guitar and singing 70's and 80's music. It was way too loud and talent was lacking-spoiled the whole dinner as it... Hi Elaine, Thank you so much for your feedback as it allows us to correct and build on the CnC experience we pride ourselves on. Unfortunately, it sounds like your experience was not the usual! I do hope you considered brining the entertainment volume and meal to a managers attention as we cannot accommodate unless we are aware of your... More
