Award Winning Yankee BBQ Restaurant, Catering Experts, Family Friendly, Fun Staff, Full Bar, Craft Beers, Great Margaritas, Live Music, Smoked Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Famous Sweet & Spicy Wings. Hot Rods BBQ is a celebration of the open road, classic custom cars, All-American comfort food and fun all rolled into one. Today, it seems like every part of the country claims to have its own special twist on BBQ, but owners Anthony and Toby Sibona have combined the best of BBQ from around the country to create dishes that are truly a taste of America. And because the Sibonas are from Jersey, they call their BBQ "Yankee BBQ," a name that has come to mean the best of the best. Hot Rods is famous for delicious slow smoked pulled pork and BBQ babyback ribs. Both are prepared and smoked to Hot Rods' strict specifications, using only top-quality meats. The result is the most tender, tasty BBQ pulled pork and ribs you'll ever eat. Get the Wings!

Came back to this place after they moved locations and were pleasantly surprised the food remained just as good. The wings are amazing here, never has "finger -licking good" been so true. Hot Rod's is great for barbecue or even for a drink after work. They recently moved to a new location about three blocks away from their original one. The place is larger, has a larger bar and much more seating. There's even a separate room if you were having a party. There are several types of beer and the usual... More

My husband and I went here for Sunday lunch, for ribs, since that is what everyone talked about and we see on the photos, looking so good, but we were surprised that there were no ribs at all listed on the lunch menu. The server was a bit confused and said he was new. I asked if they had a... More

We have been to the new location twice, for both lunch and dinner and still very happy to regularly patronize this restaurant...good BBQ, pub style food ,and a very pleasant staff. Fun place to try new beers. Chris is particularly willing to share what he knows about the taste of different kinds. Obviously, a great looking new space... a few... More

The draft beer selection killer! We are going to come back with out friends on Thursday (weather permitting)chill the margaritas. This... More

We had the baby back and the St. Louis ribs to compare. They were different and both fantastic. The craft beer selection was great and the wait staff was professional and very friendly. We are going to go back next weekend for a return visit. This is truly the best BBQ in the area. Don't waste your time at the... More
