Award Winning Yankee BBQ Restaurant, Catering Experts, Family Friendly, Fun Staff, Full Bar, Craft Beers, Great Margaritas, Live Music, Smoked Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Famous Sweet & Spicy Wings. Hot Rods BBQ is a celebration of the open road, classic custom cars, All-American comfort food and fun all rolled into one. Today, it seems like every part of the country claims to have its own special twist on BBQ, but owners Anthony and Toby Sibona have combined the best of BBQ from around the country to create dishes that are truly a taste of America. And because the Sibonas are from Jersey, they call their BBQ "Yankee BBQ," a name that has come to mean the best of the best. Hot Rods is famous for delicious slow smoked pulled pork and BBQ babyback ribs. Both are prepared and smoked to Hot Rods' strict specifications, using only top-quality meats. The result is the most tender, tasty BBQ pulled pork and ribs you'll ever eat. A combination of flavorful rubs, homemade sauces, and an open flame creates the perfect BBQ - tender, meaty and exploding with great smokey taste! With that said, sit back and enjoy a tasty trip. The road to the country's best BBQ and the friendliest service starts at Hot Rods BBQ. Hours are as follows: Mon: Dining 11:30am-10pm, Bar 12am Tues: Dining 11:30am-10pm, Bar 12am Wed: Dining 11:30am-10pm, Bar 12am Thurs: Dining 11:30am-10pm, Bar 12am Fri: Dining 11:30am-11pm, Bar 1:30am Sat: Dining 12:30pm-12am, Bar 1:30am Sun: Dining 12:30pm-10pm, Bar 12am

Get the Wings!

Came back to this place after they moved locations and were pleasantly surprised the food remained just as good. The wings are amazing here, never has "finger -licking good" been so true. Also the new location is very updated and has a cool looking bar. Didn't give it a full 5 stars only because... read more

I love this place. The old location still had great food but the new place is a place you will hang out after you're finished with your meal. Great BBQ. Great Craft Beer selection. Nice, modern, huge bar. The old building it is in is really cool with a brick interior and a pallet ceiling treatment. I will keep going... More

We've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. The new location is so much better simply because now there are enough tables and bar stools for all types of parties. Kitchen is up to speed and if there are ever any issues, all you need to do is let your waiter know and they won't be able to... More

I have been going to Hot Rod's for a number of years. The food is always good, and the service has always been satisfactory. There is a wide selection of beers, and I love the margaritas! Their new location is great. It is in a renovated, older building with original brick walls on the inside. It is much more spacious... More

Same excellent food and service. The beer selection was the best I've ever seen. All items I tasted were excellent. Definitely a keeper.

Hot Rod's is great for barbecue or even for a drink after work. They recently moved to a new location about three blocks away from their original one. The place is larger, has a larger bar and much more seating. There's even a separate room if you were having a party. There are several types of beer and the usual... More

My husband and I went here for Sunday lunch, for ribs, since that is what everyone talked about and we see on the photos, looking so good, but we were surprised that there were no ribs at all listed on the lunch menu. The server was a bit confused and said he was new. I asked if they had a... More

We have been to the new location twice, for both lunch and dinner and still very happy to regularly patronize this restaurant...good BBQ, pub style food ,and a very pleasant staff. Fun place to try new beers. Chris is particularly willing to share what he knows about the taste of different kinds. Obviously, a great looking new space... a few... More

Yes, I know it's a BBQ place. I had the ribs, brisket and pulled pork in a sampler. EXCELLENT! We started with the Wings as an appy... and they were the best. Very nice all around... from a 1st timer
