Good but...

For me Panera is good but very pricey for what you get. The atmosphere is just okay and I personally just don't love it like others do. I do like some of their food and some are just okay. I just can't get over how much you can spend to get a sandwich, a bag of chips & a drink... read more

From getting my order wrong to the oh so bland sandwich and lukewarm soup my lunch was just plain bad. Chicken soup had lumps of slimy chicken fat in it. Yuck.

I have been going to Panera's for years and I like it more and more every time I go there. Their salads, sandwiches, and soups are all to die for. My favorite sandwich is the Sierra Turkey, my favorite salad is the Thai Chicken salad, and my favorite soup is chicken noodle. Also their macaroni and cheese is absolutely delicious!... More

Having had lunch at a few betters locations, this one is the pits! My salad tasted like "been in the frig too long"! The greens were tasteless and probably hit with the xray machine one too many times. The chicken pesto sandwich was so greasy I had heartburn. The place was packed, noisy and the floor had more food on... More

I have visited this establishment a number of times since I reviewed it four months ago. I think an update is in order: Service: Improved! • Attentiveness to customers has improved on the front end. • Evening coffee service is better. • Availability of menu items has improved. Food: Slight improvement • Bakery items are usually good to excellent. Ironically,... More

Awesome frozen lemonade. Had the grilled fontina cheese on wheat bread. Took 15 minutes to get the food. We were there at 7 pm on a busy Friday night so could've been worse. I suppose if you have never tried a panera it could be worth a try but Nothing to rave about and portions are small .

I am a big fan of Panera bread. I enjoy most of their items and find the service to normally be very good. Today I tried the Thai chicken salad and was so very disappointed. It was truly one of the worst salads I have ever had. I most certainly will never order it again.

Service: • A small select group of personnel are very attentive. A larger number understand nothing about customer service. Management appears to be in the latter group. • Management recently adopted a policy of not brewing decaf coffee after 2:00 p.m.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Late in the day is when people WANT decaf! We're told, "if customers want decaf,... More

Typical Panera. Staff seems to change a lot and one time when I was in there I witnessed one staff member being excessively nasty to another one. I should have said something to the manager but I didn't, which I regret.
