Good Italian food

Good food in an intimate setting. Bread is homemade and desserts are also. Very attentive service. Can get crowded so go early.

Mixed review. Went with a dining group of 20 with reservations. When we arrived, we were told that another group was in our reserved room, and were not yet ready to leave. 10, 20, 30 minutes passed, no movement. Some of our guests decided to leave. Finally after 40 minutes, they decided to leave on their own accord. Mgt was non... More

Had some visitors from out of town and needed a great dinner place. Fieni's was the perfect place. A single story home converted to a restaurant over 20 years ago, it is one of my favorite! Food is outstanding with the veal dishes and the Bronzino exceptionally good. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Atmosphere can change from time to... More

We dined at Fienis over the past weekend. It was my second trip there. The last time which was several years ago was fine. This time it was awful. One of our party has a gluten allergy. His wife had asked when making the reservation if they had gluten free pasta and was told yes. They don't. He was able... More

Went for a dinner with work and wasn't very impressed. I had eggplant parm (really good) and it came with gnocchi with a sauce that can be best described as tasting very similar to jar sauce with a strong Campbell's tomato soup taste. Just wasn't very impressed. No place to park. The service was great though and the dining room... More

As a SJ native I've probably driven by this place thousands of times on burnt mill and never stopped in. Finally last weekend a friend invited my wife and I to a birthday at this place and our only regret was not coming sooner! Portions were hearty and tasty and our server Phil was very friendly and helpful. We will... More

We have been here several times in the past. For the price point, they do an adequate job. The food is your average Italian-American fare with some creative specials. It is worth a visit but not for a special meal.

Food was 8 out of 10, very good, just not excellent. I like the fact that soup or salad is included with your entree and that they are BYOB. Service was top notch! Will definitely be back!
