Good food in a restaurant that servers the locals. Friendly staff, fair prices and lots of Turkish specialities.

Beyti Kebab is my neighborhood restaurant that I frequent often and happens to have some of the finest Turkish cuisine in North Jersey. The hummes, baba ganoush, and other appetizers are all excellent - some of the best you will ever have. They also offer a Shephard's salad with or without feta cheese that is sensational. The grilled chicken kebab,... More

I enjoyed the restaurant for a number of years, and was looking forward to continue. I was disappointed during my last visit. The staff is very welcoming, food took a turn down. The salad was good, as was the lentil soup. Fried liver was though, roasted eggplant salad had no seasoning. Combination plate meat was dry.

I really enjoyed this place in the past. As such, my wife, a friend from Turkey, and myself stopped by for lunch in pursuit of great quality Turkish food. We new that this place had been sold recently, so we had high hopes that the quality was equivalent to before. Unfortunately, it was abundantly clear to us that the new... More

This spot has been here for years and their food never disappoints. Everytime I go I must have the lentil soup, hydari, and sheperds salad they are menu must haves. Similarly, they are very popular for their traditional Turkish desserts. Only downside is they lost their liquor license a few years back but it's BYOB so it doesn't bother me... More

Stopped by for some Turkish takeout on Saturday night along with some products from their connected Mediterranean food store. The interior of the restaurant is casual with an adequate amount of seating. Nothing really stood out as far as the décor. We ordered a mixed lamb meat platter and an eggplant dish. The portions were gigantic and they gave us... More

We've been eating here 25+ years & we've never had a disappointing meal. Their Turkish bread (which resembles the Italian focaccia) is delicious. Their Shepherd's Salad & Spicy Vegetable Spread are two items that we always order. We also enjoy coming on a Saturday night with a group of friends for the belly-dancing ! They are lamb suppliers to many... More
