I've been going to this place since I was a child. We used to go there for a special treat and for the car shows. This is one place that will never die out in my opinion, everything I've ever had there was great. Great atmosphere, great food and great/friendly staff. I've tried many things, but my favorite will always... More

The Italian cheesesteak Is hands down the best I ever had. Onion rings are crisp and plentiful. I do like the hot dogs although the bread is too thick for me Soups are homemade and good. Club sandwiches, chicken sandwiches are great as well, Wash it all down with a birch beer and your all set. Great little place for... More

Centrally located and your choice of waitress table seating or counter service. Pretty basic menu, food is good, prepared to order. Very friendly wait staff. Noted for their hot dogs, they are very good. Also try their Birch Beer.

If you don't like this great location flavor, And the food, then leave. This is an icon of the area. Great hot dogs, Burgers and much more. 32 oz beers :). You will love this place. Virtually unchanged since I first went in 1975.

Typical place where you can buy frozen food thrown on the grill with unhealthy ingredient meant to satisfy your appetite for salt and saturated fats. And is too bad considering the location and the possibility to attract a larger crowd only if the food was more edible. I gave a rating of two hoping that the management will realize the... More

Nice little nostalgic place in union N.J. It has been a gathering place for years.Food is decent.Just remodeled the place.People come from all over for their hot dogs.Try it at least once. Also have early bird specials for $5.95 that are tasty with everything from a drink to soup or salad to the dinner.Well worth trying for the price.

Really good hot dogs, cheeseburgers and fries. The summer car shows they have are always fun to bring the family too. It's an old school establishment that has to be on your travel plans when your on that foodie road trip.

Yes, we are Union County residents and of course have been to Galloping Hill over the years most of time take out. They currently have their yearly 2 for 1. The hot dogs are ok but it seems bigger bread, smaller dog. The bigger issue is the healthy, clean factor, its lacking. Littered with used napkins, greasy floors, sticky, dirty... More

I love this place! Delicious food for such a great price! The cheesesteaks are to die for. My boyfriend is in LOVE with their hot dogs and DELICiOUS chili. I am also a fan of their Greek gyro in the pita pocket. So much flavor ! Make sure you ask for extra pickles. They are also to die for :)
