Went there for breakfast as a group of ten. Sunday August 17, 2014. 4 of our group spent the afternoon on the toilet. The rest had upset stomachs. Eggs wete not cooked properly, hash was virtually destroyed, toast tasted and felt like it was microwaved. Will never go there again, breakfast or lunch. Place has turned into a dump.

Had delicious corned beef sandwich! Husband loved pastrami! Place was clean and people were friendly. Glad we tried it.

I ate here many times in the past. I always ordered the same thing - pastrami and a square knish. I went back a few weeks ago with my nephew. I ordered the pastrami and knish, he got chicken breast with lettuce and tomato and a knish. There were 2 other people in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes to... More

Stay away at all costs. Went there today and made the mistake of ordering fried chicken...indelible. My wife ordered pea soup. Could not eat it...tasted like dishwater. The best thing I can say about this place is that we didn't get violently ill. Stay away, stay away, stay away...

Last night I tried this deli with my wife. I was excited to try an old fashioned deli. What a disappointment. While the deli is old fashioned which is typical, it is dirty. We started with matzo ball soup tha was simply chicken broth with three tiny frozen matzo balls. No chicken, no vegetables just broth and three frozen matzo... More

A local favorite, great jewish deli with best mazo soup, pastrami and pickles! Tuna sandwich is amazing. NY deli in Toms River - even has the half soup pickles and cream soda. A bit pricey...upwards of $14 for a sandwich and a soda.

I'm not sure how long Wolfies has been in Toms River, but judging by the decor , it must be quite a while. This is not a negative, but it is a throwback to a different era,and one I'm glad Wolfies preserves. Living in Brooklyn a good half of my life, I've had good deli, and although Wolfies isn't the...
