I don't often give a bad review. But I just had to say that I would not go back to Capone's for pizza ... ever! I was in Toms River for Jury Duty and walked over for a slice. Since I hadn't had pizza in several weeks I was really looking forward to it. It was very disappointing. I can't... More

Had the special, home made pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe which was delicious. The portion was so large, I was unable to finish it all. Also had the small calzone, which was not so small and also delicious. It was just as good, if not better then Arturo's in Greenwhich Village and Lombardi's in Little Italy and at half... More

Dinners are just average. Nothing mind blowing. Been here about 6-7 times on various occasions family, friends, office. Italian food is tough coming from an Italian family.

Had dinner here after the car show on Wednesday evening. We had a few sandwiches and one dinner. They were all delicious, fresh and cooked well. The sub bread is the real deal! We will be back for the highly recommended Brooklyn style pizza. The waitress (the owners sister) was professional, fast, friendly and attentive. We were able to enjoy... More

Love the food and owners are great there are old waitresses that are rude and slow, I love the atmosphere. And I like the fact that you can bring your bring your own. And there is no kids menu.

I first went to Capone's about 10 years ago and had a great meal, this time back not the same place. Had 2 pasta dishes, under cooked and not drained that well. The favor was just alright. The kicker came with the check...I was charged for refills of my ice tea..1.95 each.

If you're not white or have a biracial family I don't suggest you eat here. We were served paper plates when everybody else that was seated had regular plates.

I work in the area and stopped here for a quick lunch. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza and a soda. The total was a whopping $6.25 for this. The slices were just regular average size pizza slices, and food quality is much better in many of the other local pizza shops. Service was good, but for the amount... More

Highly recommend this restaurant. We went when there was a big street fair and the food was excellent, service friendly and efficient, park in lot behind municipal bldg. .25 per hour.
