We stopped for a coffee and some tidbits. Nice waffles and crepes and a good cup of cappuccino. Nice cozy sitting area near the window
If you're looking for a change in breakfast this may be your place. Had the pannini with egg, cheese and tomato - nice and light - in a sandwich of pressed waffle. Large cup of coffee was nice. Park in the municipal lot in back - pay at the kiosk - 25 cents per half hour up to 3 hours.
If you like a strong coffee, there's is excellent. There are a number of delicious items on the brunch menu. Waffles with strawberries-yum!! A very good eggs florentine. I haven't had stuffed waffle for a while, but recall it being very, very tasty. I like brunch better than lunch menu. It is a little crowded, but do prefer it to... More
Bacon Egg and Cheese stuffed waffle pretty good. A little on the small side, but the price is right, so order two. Service was excellent, will go back.
The stuffed waffles are really good. They're fairly priced and delicious. They also have Sunday brunch options which are also reasonably priced. They have a large selection of coffees and panini's--typical coffee house fare. Again, the stand- out here is the stuffed waffle! Not too sweet and very filling. The place is pretty cramped and he service is...efficient, we'll say.... More
The sandwiches are greasy, and there's little variety. The service is surly and unfriendly. They say that the waffles are made using a recipe from Belgium, but I've never had such overly sweet waffles anywhere in Europe. I would not recommend Bonte to anyone.
Yummy dessert waffle with chocolate and icecream!
Been there a few times - coffee is okay (I prefer dunkin donuts next door) but their Vegetable Panini is out of this world! You can even ask them to add chicken to it - they are really nice. Haven't tried their waffles yet, but have heard good things.
Let me say this, the lines are long. Problem is, although they have like 10 people working behind the counter, they make you wait in line until you hit the register until you can order, despite the numbers behind the counter. Very poorly run operation and the waffles are overpriced for what you get. You'd need to eat 3 of... More
We ate there shortly after it opened. The premises are clean, light, and airy. It's wonderfully located in the heart of town, with convenient parking available. We both had waffles: mine was strawberry, his was blueberry. They were served piping hot, and had a slightly crunchy exterior and a tender inside. My hot cocoa was very good; he said his... More
