Myself and my family enjoyed a wonderful meal here at the end of July. The setting is beautiful and the food is of a very high standard. The local beers and ciders on offer are great and add to the country feeling that this pub portrays.

Having just completed an afternoon of paintballing at Mountain Mayhem down the road (go for it, it is great fun and they do it very well) we were all ready for a fill up and story telling of our adventures. The only downside was we could not sit out in the garden as it was raining. The food was just... More

We stayed in the area and this restaurant was listed as being close. I rang at 6.15 and was told we could go in an hour. We where a adult group of 7 plus a two year old. Excellent choice of food and varied. Staff friendly and attentive. No one was disappointed with their choice. All in a lovely setting... More

Arrived and was seated in a very dark and claustrophobic room just off the main restaurant. After 20 mins no one came to take our order so I went to the bar to get someone's attention - the restaurant was not busy at that time. We had just about finished our starters when our main course was brought - our... More

The Bridge is definately in my top two places to eat in Herefordshire. It is amazing! The food is excellent, good quality and fresh. The landlord/lady are excellent and very friendly and the service is brilliant. I will definately be back for more.

We love going to The Bridge either on the off chance or when we have booked a meal with friends or family. The food is always first class and we enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and great Staff. Glyn and his team always greet us with a warm welcome and accomodate us. We love to sit outside in the summer an... More

We came as a party of seventeen. The food was served promptly, at the same time, and the food was cooked correctly- no mean feat. I had venison, and stipulated that I wanted it medium rare. Medium rare it was and considering people were cooking under pressure, in a small kitchen, for a huge party, that's classy.

Not being a lover of Sunday Lunch meals as they are always disappointing ..raw veg. stringy meat naff puddings etc. We were visiting friends who said this place had to be tried...and they were right ! ..big time. A sumptuous plate of Herefordshire Beef with eight ..yes eight veg to go with it. The veg was varied fresh and very... More

Booked a little 1 nighter at the Bridge Inn, as Ma & Pa were staying nearby, we've eaten there before and knew it was good. Camped in the field next to the pub, fine by us. Had a lush walk along The Cats Back (Black Hill) to Hay Bluff and back for a couple of pints, quick shower (all clean... More

A very warm friendly greeting upon entering this lovely pub. We decided to eat outside next to the brook and weeping willows as it was such a warm evening. The food is excellent, all three courses spot on and service was first class. Thank you to the young lady who looked after us so well and always with a smile.... More
