Hard to find but worth it.

We were recommended The Bridge Inn by the owner of our rental cottage and we weren't disappointed. It was a very busy and popular pub, a bit faded and drab but serving good beer and good food. We were not that hungry as we had had a good lunch so we had the bread and olive oil to start and... read more

Spent two nights here over the weekend with our campervan. Amazing pub with great food and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Small camping site behind which is really handy and has great facilities - electrical hook up and clean toilets and showers. We will be returning.

Were staying nearby so visited The Bridge on a couple of occasions. Very friendly and we were made to feel welcome. Ate here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Food was good although they don't do a small bites lunch menu and this is the same as the evening menu. However a child's portion is available. Beer on... More

I brought my family here in the Summer for my birthday - I stayed in my camper and met them for lunch at the Bridge Inn. We had such a brilliant time I booked to stay here for NYE. The pub is out the way - which is why I like it although has wifi (no phone signal). Its an... More

We were visiting family in the area and this has always been recommended. Even though we didn't book they were able to accomodate the eight of us.Everyone was pleased with their meals, I would particularly reccomend the rib eye steak.

We had a great time away from it all staying at the Bridge Inn's B&B and eating very well in the pub. Glyn and his team were great, professional and friendly. The pub is classically simple with stone floors and a wood fire. The food delicious local and unpretentious. The hot spiced cider was a highlight!

Great place - very picturesque even in December. We were there for Sunday lunch with 4 adults and a 6 year old. Staff fantastic, comfy pub and seriously great food, Like seriously good food!! The Herefordshire beef flank was like butter, the turkey was great and the pork rack large and juicy. I'd go back just for the awesome croquettes... More

its good to find a good traditional country pub. Lovely location, which in the summer must be great to eat outside. In the winter it was very welcoming with a lovely fire. Very good food well cooked and presented. For my liking, and it's only a personal thing, I found it all a bit rushed and the courses all came... More

We stayed nearby for a week and ate here a couple of times with family. We booked for 9 at the last minute and were well accommodated, including vegan diet. The Butty Bach was definitely the best we drank all week; the food is imaginative and well prepared. And the staff are lovely, chatty and friendly and efficient with it.... More

We stayed at the Buzzard Bothy just up from the Bridge Inn. We called for an evening meal. The service was welcoming and friendly. We ordered at the bar whilst having a drink and then went through to the restaurant. The log burner was lit for us whilst we waited for our food. When it arrived it was fantastic. The... More
