We had dinner at The Windjammer tonight. The dining room was clean and well lit. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The food arrived hot and delicious. The portions were large enough that none of the four of us were able to finish. Examples were 2 slabs of stuffed salmon, and 3 pieces of chicken in the chicken Parmesan. And... More

We frequently eat here. It's ALWAYS a wonderful experience! The Windjammer is very clean & very welcoming! The staff is super friendly every time. The food is scrumptious! We've eaten here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and have never been disappointed. They serve the freshest fish around! Their veggies are delightful. Their turkey is superb with their Challah stuffing. Even... More

All good. Just don't arrive at 9:30 and expect to be served. Even though they say they're open till 10, they really don't serve past 930.

The food was delicious. We tried the shrimp appetizer and the crab appetizer. There were three of us for dinner and each picked different entrees. All were very tasty. Our bartender was very nice. Ashley was listed as our server on our check but was not our server, in fact she never acknolowded us. Unfortunately I can't remember the wonderful... More

We had a lovely dinner here with our family. We are visitors and they suggested this place and we were very happy with their choice. Food was excellent and service was good. This is a good place for families---children welcome.

Sunday morning breakfast at the Windjammer has become a tasty tradition. Besides the standard breakfast fare, Windjammer offers crab cakes benedict, crab hash & eggs and a fritatta that puts them above the rest. As a healthier option, fresh fruit salad can be substitued for hash browns. For added value, bagels can be ordered instead of toast. To top it... More

Quality food, large portions and friendly efficient service. Atmosphere is plain, pleasant, clean. Feels like a diner and tastes like a restaurant.

We were at Somers Point for weekend and thought we would give this place a try. Great idea. Huge menu and large portions. Had enough for another meal. I had stuffed Tilapia and it was terrific. My wife had Crab Salad. Awesome. Will return in the future.

The sunset special is a great deal, but the food itself is nothing to write home about. Side dishes all taste straight out of a box or can. Bread basket had an interesting variety to it, though.
