Fancy Diner with good Seafood

Several of my coworkers decided to come to Somers Point for some seafood at the Crab Trap. After finding that a table for 5 would have to wait for 1hr 45 min on a Tuesday night at the Crab Trap, we went to the WIndjammer and didnt have any wait. The clientele look like they were locals. We stopped here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very clean and the food and service was good. I ordered the chicken pot pie and it is huge! It is enough to feed 3 people. It was delicious! Very pleasant experience.

In our first night in Ocean City we decided to stay away from the boardwalk hoopla and junk food and eat in Somers Point, across the causeway on Route 52. We were a group of four and were able to be seated quite quickly despite it being a Friday evening. A good crowd of people encouraged us to believe the... More

I honestly cannot get into detail about every single thing that is wrong with this place. How does one get a hair TANGLED in the Chicken Francaise when it appeared to be a frozen meal? I notice that I am not the only reviewer that had hair in their food! Further, this meal was congealed and tasted like a cross... More

Food was good and the servers were extremely nice. Overall it was a good experience. It's hard to tell if they are trying to be a diner or something more than a diner, but the only unfortunate thing is the decor. Although the place isn't that old it could use some updating. We would definitely go back for very reasonably... More

This is a diner. It is not fine dining, but it rates 5 stars on all counts. Service: We were a party of 8 on a busy, Sunday morning over 4th of July weekend. There was no wait. Waitress attended to our group immediately. We had a large party with many substitutions. There was no problem making the changes to... More

We have owned in OC for 30 years and other than Charlie's and Boardwalk food we don't really venture out too often. Great meal at the Anchorage night before but didn't feel waiting or looking for parking. Hubby was kidding me about going with the senior citizens....but have to say it was worth the poking...I had the strip steak which... More

Had a family breakfast here - the food was delicious and plentiful as always, and the service was friendly and quick. Prices are in keeping with the quality and quantity you receive. This place never disappoints and is a great breakfast spot.

We were staying at the Marriott which offered free breakfast but after attempting it one morning decided it was not worth "free". Drove down the street to Windjammer and had a nice, quiet breakfast. Eggs perfectly cooked, scrapple done to perfection. Excellent service and in my opinion a good value. Very clean and friendly.

This a newish dicer so it is well laid out. The prices are reasonable and the food surprisingly good for a diner. We go frequently for the dinners and have rarely been disappointed. the salmon on plank is great as is just about all other items we have tried. it is worth the visit. Be careful in the Summer on...
