Three blind hostess's

Booked our reservations a week in advance after reading mixed reviews. Should have gone with my gut and went back to the Washington Inn in Cape May. Showed up 15 min early and requested a seat outside. Was greeted by a very unfriendly trio of hostess's. They were up there gossiping like a bunch of... read more

I rarely write a review about a lunch visit, but our experience was so good, that I just wanted to share it with you. Baia, is one of many restaurants that have occupied this space. It sits on Bay Avenue in Somers Point, and the views from all the tables and bar area look out over the water and bridge... More

BAIA finally gets it. Baia instituted a great Happy Hour from noon to seven. Chef Robbie has prepared some great six dollar apps. Tori Ryan and of course Stosh make the outdoor deck the place to be in Atlantic County.

My wife and I are visiting Ventnor, NJ for the week and took the kids over to the OC boardwalk for a night. After dropping our teenagers to walk the boards, we headed over the 9th street bridge and noted the deck overlooking the back bay of Ocean City of the Baia Restaurant. A long time ago I was a... This place offers traditional Italian dishes but adds a modern twist of taste and flair! The portions were huge and enough to pass around and share! The deck has an awesome view overlooking the water - awesome night all the way around! You must try the calamari!!

We ate on the lower deck....the food was overpriced for what you get. We got the artichoke crab dip with - chips sprinkled with parmesan cheese - but had a much fancier name. The staff was not knowledgeable, when we saw them. Will not go there again.

We were not able to sit out on the deck for our dinner at Baia, but that was not terrible. My meal was very disappointing. I ordered filet mignon and asked for it to be prepared on the rare side. What was served to me was a medium well filet. The waiter apologized, which was nice, and through him, the... More

Beautiful views, but a very small bar where you can only get the happy hour drinks. Live music. Great place for snacking and drinks.

Views of the water were very nice but that's where it ends. The food Was fair at best. Over priced entrees and not the best selection
