Could be great...

Reserved a table with a request to be seated on the upper deck - The Maitre D' could have given some effort to make us feel welcomed and let us know that she'd work to get us seated in our requested area as soon as she could - maybe even make us feel welcomed by inviting us to go out... read more

I was a little skeptical about eating here after reading the reviews on trip advisor but I have to say we enjoyed our meal. We arrived 15 minutes early and were told we could be seated inside immediately or could wait 30 minutes for a table outside. $10 later we were led to a primo table with a great view.... More

My wife and I went there on a Friday night in late August for dinner. Despite the fact we got there at 8, we were seated inside right away. It was a little loud since we were sitting near the bar area and there was a guitarist. We started with a baby salad that was very good. Real good taste,... More

We had a fantastic dinner. We sat right down, the staff was nice an accommodating. We were a party of 4 with a toddler. Sitting on the deck we enjoyed a great view while my little one enjoyed watching the boats. Clam chowder was delicious and all our meals were cooked to perfection. We will be sure to visit again!

Met some friends here for lunch on Sunday. The place wasn't busy so we had a choice of seats and had a lovely view from the patio. Sevice was swift and drinks were well made. Then came the food....large shrimp were a nice size and nice and fresh. That was the highlight. The fried clams were overcooked and the fish... More

I last reviewed Baia in August of 2013for lunch, and decided to try it once again for dinner with my husband. I must say that we were very happy with the food and wait staff. My only complaint would be how long it took to be seated. We arrived by boat and went inside to request seating on the upper... More

I hadn't been to Baia since prior to Hurricane Sandy and the restaurant's remodel. Sadly it was a big disappointment. We entered a very noisy restaurant. To be seated, the hostess had to walk you passed the bar and rudely in front of the live music. We were seated at a table with heavy traffic going by to and from... More

It was our first visit here in several years. We didn't realize that it changed names as well as its menu. Fortunately, We decided to go with appetizers in that, based on how poor they were, would've hated to spend $150 or so on main entrees. My guest had the crab cake appetizer with 2 sides. The highlight was the... More

An early Saturday evening, with reservations made a week prior... Arrived 25 minutes ahead of our scheduled reservation, early in the evening. It was a special event being celebrated by 6, professional adults. When I approached the Hostess, I was asked if I had a reservation (I did) gave her my name, the number of people, our time of the...
