The restaurant, resurrected from an uncertain future in 1997 by the combined efforts of the Coppola & Bushar families, has since reclaimed its spot among the favorite dining locations in the Atlantic City area.

You absolutely have to make the trip to their Sunday Brunch. It is to die for, and you need to be rolled out when your finished. There is so much fabulous food that you don't know where to start or stop. The Mashed potatoe bar is one of a kind!

Tried the Happy Hour for the first time this past Friday night. Half price appetizers off of the regular menu, which is a great deal given the fact that the appetizer portions are far from downsized! The price maybe cut in half but the portion size definitely was not! Fried Calamari was incredible, best we've ever had!

I have eaten here on 4 separate occasions---one of them a wedding--and the food has always been spotty at best. Felt obligated to write this review tonight for being served a filet that seemed "off". Like gamey "off". Filet should never be gamey. Also, it was served lukewarm. i blame the waitress for that part...she didn't want to rush us,... More

Our family enjoyed a marvelous Brunch yesterday at Smithville. We have been frequenting the Brunch for many years and have never been disappointed. We were seated overlooking the picturesque pond given prompt and friendly beverage service. The many food options can be a bit overwhelming but being accustomed to the set up most of our party availed of the omelet... More

We enjoyed a couple jazz nights at The Smithville Inn last year, as well as our niece's wedding (which was lovely!). This was our first visit to the brunch, and it was a great experience as well. The service is much better than at the casino brunches. And, the eggs benedict are the best I've had anywhere. We'll be back!... More

We stopped for brunch when leaving Atlantic City. The brunch was expansive and the food tasty. Our waitress, Nicole, was very attentive. Our collective experience was fantastic, and we will definitely return when in the area again.

I've been here several times before. On this occasion, we were looking to have a special night and admittedly had high expectations. The location and ambiance are excellent, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess our waitress was professional and attentive...the salad and appetizer were good but the entrée itself was disapointing. Also..The appetizer was brought out after the... More

For many years, we traveled to Atlantic City with friends and always stopped at the Smithville Inn on our way there...in the meantime we became Innkeepers and our visits were not as often.. Recently, we visited the restaurant and found the service and food exactly the same....all great! Looking forward to our next visit....
