Description: Old world charm meets new world hospitality in this lovely lakeside landmark. A longtime locals favorite serving award winning classic continental cuisine with a modern flair. The restaurant, resurrected from an uncertain future in 1997 by the combined efforts of the Coppola & Bushar families, has since reclaimed its spot among the favorite dining locations in the Atlantic City area.

I love this place. I like sitting at the bar in the Baremore Tavern and chatting with the bartender and people at the bar and there's nowhere else in the world I can say I would enjoy doing that. Usually we stop in when the village is having a festival and have a drink and appetizers at the bar. Wednesday... More

Have been to this restaurant years ago for dinner, last month for a baby shower, and today for the Friday night lobster special. I like this place because it has kept its colonial charm and is located in the shopping village. Meals in the past had been good. For the baby shower I had the opportunity to experience the fantastic... More

Let me say first, that I rarely write reviews of any kind. With that said, I just had to take a minutes to say how happy my family was with our Wedding Reception for my daughters wedding at Smithville Inn. We started planning this a year and a half in advance with Heather. Let me just say that the attention... More

Let me start by saying we have eaten here before and it was good. Lunch Menu is rather short. Ice Tea was very light, maybe because it was mostly ice. Note, you get no type of bread with your salads. Had the House Salad and it was very good. Had Crab Cake sandwich with Fries, the crab cakes were almost... More

Their Sunday Brunch is NOT TO BE MISSED! Between the omelet station, full breakfast offering, mashed potato bar, carving station, mini Belgian waffles, full dessert bar, fruits and salads...you better come hungry! The atmosphere was so CALM and inviting. We enjoyed how they showed off the history of the building and we soaked it all in. The view out the... More

I've been to many weddings here over the years and was finally back for a reunion. This place is still as stunning as I remembered. It's a great place to celebrate any special occasion with great company. The staff here is extremely friendly, polite & professional. Hands down the best venue for any "important"'evening in the area. Keep in mind... More

We spent several hours walking around the Smithville complex of shops, and took a ride on their train. It was a beautiful, sunny day, and we ended our stay in Smithville by having lunch at the Smithville Inn. The Inn is lovely and we were seated in a dining room that had a view of the grounds. I ordered the... More

Food offerings are good. Pot pies, prime ribs, a number of specials. Nice wine list reasonably priced. Good service, old place charm, lots of private dining rooms. Hard to go there without seeing a wedding. Recommend.
