On Sunday's the Inn has a traditional buffet brunch. The cost is $24.99. If you come with an apetite, you get more than uour money's worth. You are served juice at your table, as much as you want. The buffet covers breakfast and lunch. Breakfast items include waffles, bacon, sausage, omlette station, pre-made eggs, lox, bagles, creamed beef and others.... More

Historic old time inn w/ great service and food. In the dinning room there is a view of the waterfront. When we were there we saw 2 weddings.

My wife and I dropped by for a dinner on their jazz night. The music was nice, and they do have a nice old time atmosphere. After asking about the soup, the waiter explained that the corn chowder was not very good. I tried it anyway and found it was the best food I ate that night. The house salads... More

We came on Easter and were told they do not take reservations which is fine but then do not expect parties of 5 or more to wait 3+ hours becsuse you do not know how to push 2 tables together. The staff taking the names seemed annoyed that we were even there. I saw numerous other bad reviews that have... More

First I would like to thank my waitress, Suzanne you were great. We were there on a Saturday night and you made us feel very very welcome. You sang happy bday for my 85th year old grampa and he still talks about it how beautiful you were. Lol i think you have an admirer. Thank you for being so polite... More

The previous reviews echoes our experience exactly and I was satified to leave it at that. However with a few more bad reviews I am hoping management will get the hint and change their reservation policy. We called in advance and were told the same that reservations were only excepted for parties of ten or more. No problem I thought... More

Overall this restaurant has great food but don't try to eat there on a holiday. We wanted to make a reservation for Easter Dinner and were told they would only reserve for 10 or more anyone else would be considered a walk-in and you would have to wait or maybe not get in at all. Well, if your going to... More

A special occasion destination primarily because of the atmosphere which is absolutely charming. The food is quite good, some dishes are excellent but it's the colonial charm that gets you every time. At lunch go for the burger or the chicken pot pie. Great martinis, stingy wine pours, good draft beer. It's a great spot for one spouse to stop... More

I have been going to Smithville my entire life. The Inn was always a special charming, warm inviting place to enjoy a meal. Yes, Fred & Ethel are long gone, however the current owner just "doesn't get it" Gone is the warmth, the old charm of the Inn which made you feel like you just stepped out of a stage... More
