Charming little low key place with plenty of tables, booths and overstuffed chairs and plenty of space between them. The coffee is universally tasty, with plenty of variety and unusual flavor combinations, even for the palate an ex-Manhattanite saturated with java. Try the mini-cupcakes with the buttercream frosting that is the same volume as the cupcake beneath it. Just enough... More

I lived on LBI for the summer and absolutely loved this as my escape place! Once I discovered it in early June I visited several times before leaving in August. Its quite, yet comfort. I enjoyed being there by myself and also felt comfortable in smaller and larger groups. Even when there is a large line the employees are moving... More

coffee was sitting in thermos not freshly brewed; not bad for that. I prefer freshly brewed coffee so that is my only beef. nice cafe. several flavors to choose from.

Very nice and helpful staff, good coffee and good baked goods. Small selection, though. And standing room leaves little elbow room ! Tight quarters, (in BL, anyway)

Great for a sandwich or coffee (many varieties) and their desserts are delicious. Always busy which means their food is fresh, fresh, fresh.

This place is delicious! Much better than Starbucks and that's coming from someone that goes to Starbucks at least once a week. The coffee frappes are so good and filled with flavor. It may seem like they're not helping you but it is because they are so busy! Desserts there are delicious. Definitely would recommend stopping by and trying some!

Nice people who provide great service. Big selection of fresh brewed coffees. The shop is very comfortable with plenty of places to sit and use their wifi. Comfortable chairs. They sell insulated mugs that you can bring back for half price refills.

Just got back from a great week on LBI. The week was made better because of the delicious coffee at How you brewin! We visited the Barnegat Light shop everyday with the exception of one, which was a mistake b/c we missed out on good coffee that day! The flavored coffee is wonderful; freshly brewed, no sugary syrups. The staff... More

This great cafe offers a welcome respite on Long Beach Island from the cold winter winds whipping through the island. Great place to grab a cup of coffee and sandwich and sit and relax between tedious tasks. Staff always friendly and efficient. Excellent though limited menu. And, best of all, you can send a quick email to expedite your day.

I thought their regular brew was very good the few times we went there. They also has a great piano player there on a Friday night when we stopped in for a cup of coffee and to relax. Great alternative to the name brand coffee houses !!!!
